1331 || the dystopia is already here

The dystopia isn’t coming, it’s been here, and we’re finally starting to see it. Fictional dystopias are not imaginative horrors - they are reframed versions of lived experiences for marginalized communities. It's our job to recognize the reality that "looming dystopia" is already here for so many people, and it's our job to help those involved fight against it before it grows to envelope all of us.
