Amazonプライムで、怪獣映画「カミノフデ 怪獣たちのいる島」が見放題になっていたので観ました。映画館で観たいと思っていて見逃していた作品。特撮造形界のレジェンド、村瀬継蔵さんの初監督作品であり、遺作ともなった作品。怪獣映画ですが、ファンタジー映画であり、村瀬さんの想いが形として残った作品でした。すかがわ特撮塾１期生も須賀川市で操演で参加した作品です。２期生の作った映画では、村瀬さんも出演してます。そんな須賀川ともつながりのある作品です。
