About this episode
Ever thought about being a RD for a college? Christina is the Administrative Dietitian with Boston College Dining Services. She helps students navigate the dining halls with food allergies, celiac disease and many other medical nutrition needs. Christina not only meets one on one with students, she also oversees menu and recipe development from a nutrition & labeling perspective, as well conducts nutrition education events across campus. Christina has been an active member of the dietetics community since passing her RDN exam almost 9 years ago! She has served in multiple positions, most notably President of the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Christina loves her role at Boston College and looks forward to navigating the ever changing world of nutrition & dietetics!
