Adrian is the founder of the men's coaching program called Men of Bedrock. He's a husband, he's a dad, he's a teacher, and he's been a big supporter of me and this show over the last year or two. He's someone I've learned from both directly and just from following him and his content on instagram. He's a guy that I have a ton of respect for. Its easy to talk the talk but he walks the walk and sets a great example for the rest of us to follow. He's a man of faith and he doesn't shy away from it. I love that about him. I think so highly of Adrian and I'm honored to have him on the show.
