12. The Challenges of Business English

You're in a meeting, and you have something to say, but the thought of saying it out loud in English stops you from putting your hand up.
 
You hear yourself speaking English, and the sound of your voice makes you cringe with embarrassment! You stop talking as soon as you can.
 
There's something unique about using English at work, there is much more at stake than there is in a casual conversation.
