1942年9月4日这一天，在中日战场上的“浙赣会战”结束了。
这场会战，在抗日战争史上的历次会战中，不算大，也不算小——中国方面，投入了大约30万的兵力，伤亡7万人，而日军伤亡3万余人。
这是一场日本人主动挑起的会战，但关键是，这场会战，原来完全在他们的计划之外。
一切的原因，是因为16架轰炸机。
