115: How To Resiliently Get What You Desire

Do you find it easy to bounce back when something gets you down and zaps your energy?

Or do you struggle to pick yourself up again?

If you're more like the latter, then learning how to create the energetic resilience needed to push forward with momentum is essential as a solopreneur.

When your routine gets disrupted, it's easy to allow this to have a knock-on effect on the rest of your day, week, or month...but if you can develop the skill of resilience, you will soon be back on your energy high after any energy crash.

And that can only be a good thing, right?

This week I talk all about resilience and, more specifically, energetic resilience. That ability to bounce back from disappointment and bring your energy levels back up so you can continue to reflect this positive energy back to your clients.

Because when your energy dips, you'll find that the universe always responds - often in the way your clients, or potential clients, respond to you.

True resilience comes back to truth and faith - knowing what's happening is all part of the process, and ultimately the universe has your back. 

Clarity around messaging helps with this, giving you the confidence to show up and share your light, even when there's a bump in the road.

So lean into resilience. When what you're doing speaks to your soul, it's ALWAYS worth continuing.
