110. How to thrive in life as an empath - Andy Kozlowski

About this episode

Maybe you are an empath. Maybe you are highly sensitive and you struggled through life because you are so different from most people around you. Maybe you thought something was wrong with you. Or, maybe you learned how to meditate through the Western modern day mindfulness teaching, and you’ve been meditating for some time and seen some benefits, but you are sensing that it’s time to go even deeper. If any of this resonates with you, you are in the right place!

In this episode, Andy Kozlowski, known as an Empath Guide, shares how to thrive in life as an empath. Andy blends Western arts of psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and hypnosis with Eastern wisdom from Buddhism, Taoism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is originally from Poland, but he is currently living in Thailand training as an apprentice of the Shaolin monastery.
