川合 玉堂（かわい ぎょくどう、1873年（明治6年）11月24日 – 1957年（昭和32年）6月30日）は、日本の明治から昭和にかけて活躍した日本画家。
冒頭の詩は、晩年のインタビューで「先生、日曜日はどうしていらっしゃいますか、絵をお描きにならないときは何をしていらっしゃいますか」と聞かれたときの玉堂の答えだった。1年365日、絵のことを考え、ひたすら絵を描くという一直線の生涯であった。
