テレビ東京系のテレビドラマ「風のふく島」第７話、葛尾村を舞台にした物語を観ました。お笑いコンビ ダブルブッキングの川元文太さんの監督・脚本作品。葛尾村の牛農家で修行中の主人公の青年（本田 響矢）が、日本横断中というあやしげな男（栁 俊太郎）と出会うという、クスクスっとする奇妙な味わいのある物語でした。葛尾村の名物、石井食堂のチャーハンも出ました。
