109: Frank Sierras

Frank Sierras was a suspected predator involved in the Long Beach, CA edition of To Catch a Predator. He is known for trying to meet his intended target at a park, instead of the trap house. Sierras has also had two encounters with Perverted Justice in the past. Frank was 48 years old at the time he began chatting with a girl named "Jessica" whom he believed to be thirteen years old, which was the same age as the girl he tried to solicit two years earlier in 2004, just before Perverted Justice was recruited by NBC and Chris. His chat log was uploaded afterwards and sent to his job at the Post Office, and while he ended up losing his job due to the exposure, he wasn't charged with a crime.
