Pete has to deal with a VP that is resentful to be put out to pasture, and Frank walks out on what he thinks is a nice, fat, secure limb to bring home the votes for Pete’s watershed bill, while Claire is busy sawing it off at the trunk. By the end of the episode, Frank has managed to make himself, Pete, Zoe, the Vice President, and President of the United States look like fools. The fallout should be… interesting.
