This week we are joined the 2019 Ironman World Champion Anne Haug. 

Anne was part of one of the most exciting women's races we have seen in Kona for many years and is the first German to ever win the race. 

We talk about her amazing day in Kona, how her short course career prepared her for long course success and ask if she thinks she can beat Daniela Ryf on her best day.

We also discuss the appointment of the new PTO Vice-Chairman Chris Kermode and what he could bring to triathlon as well as Tim O'Donnell and Ben Hoffman trash talking Tim DeBoom in our soon-to-be-named PTO segment.
