104: "It changed me forever": MC's year spent in SHAMELESS with pleasure, practice & coming home to one

In this episode, I sit down with a 2023 graduate of my program, SHAMELESS - MC - to reflect on her journey, months after completing the year-long container. We talk about what led her to say yes to the program, how it changed her relationship with her body and sexuality, and the lasting impact it’s had on her life.
