About this episode
First and foremost, THANK YOU for joining us for 100 episodes! We wouldn't be here without each of you who tune in every weekday morning with the commitment to get better at your businesses, relationships, health, lives, and so much more. To celebrate our 100th episode, we are doing a giveaway!! More details are below.
This past weekend, I completed 29029 at Snowbasin in Utah.
29029 is an event hosted by Jesse Itzler and Colin O'Brady where participants scale a mountain to the equivalent of 29,029 feet, the elevation of Mount Everest.
I hiked for 24 hours straight to complete this feat and throughout those 24 hours, I experienced both physical and mental challenges.
In this episode, I am sharing some lessons that I took away from my experience on the mountain.
Today's focusing questions:
- How do the lessons shared in this episode apply to your world?
- Where could you apply these lessons?
Attend BuiltHOW in Phoenix, Arizona featuring keynote speakers, Jesse Itzler and Colin O'Brady.
