100: How to Deal with 1st Tee Nerves | Golf Thoughts Ep 3
About this episode
This is mostly just a guess, but I'm willing to bet that 95% of golfers are nervous on their first tee shot. What could go wrong, how is today going to go, am I going to get off to a good start, will today be my best round or my worst round, I've gotta show my playing partners I'm not terrible.
All of these thoughts will lead to nervousness on the first tee. So... what should we think instead?
