節目介紹
從做中學，培養舞臺即戰力，「誰來接班─臺灣國樂青年音樂家繁星計畫」進入第4年，今年由指揮鄭立彬領軍，點將中國文化大學中國音樂學系二胡新銳陳柏廷與桃園市國樂團笛子好手陳乙萱，共同演繹當代國樂作曲家所創作之大型器樂協奏曲。臺北市立國樂團追求卓越之際，也不忘提攜年輕音樂家舞臺展現實力，讓國樂新秀如星子，展現屬於自己的光芒。
