Hi, Welcome to "Small Business, Big Bitcoin” the show where we talk about what bitcoin means to small business owners, and how small businesses can integrate bitcoin into their companies.

I’m Aaron, and I’m Joanna. Today we are reading an article by Roy Sheinfeld, Co-Founder and CEO of Breez Wallet, a non-custodial Lightning wallet available for Apple and Android phones.

The article deals with a small business that I’m very familiar with since I am a part owner of it - a mostly a silent owner (although Joanna would definitely disagree with the silent part). I am also the company bookkeeper and the person tasked with keeping the tech working. And Breez Tech works.

While exploring options for taking lightning payments at our business we ran into Breez and immediately found something simple to use and very helpful.  

Among the many features of the Breez Wallet, is the Point of Sale function. Merchants can enter a list of items as well as their prices in Sats, Bitcoin or Fiat Currency. Then the vendor simply selects the items the customers wishes to buy and creates a Lighting Invoice for the customer to pay. A handy feature when selling multiple products. 

We think other small business that are looking to accept bitcoin and lightning payments might find this App useful as well.
