小林 一三（こばやし いちぞう、1873年（明治6年）1月3日 – 1957年（昭和32年）1月25日）は日本の実業家、政治家。阪急電鉄・宝塚歌劇団・阪急百貨店・東宝をはじめとする阪急東宝グループ（現・阪急阪神東宝グループ）の創業者。
人材はたくさんいるわけではないから、どんな人間にもどしどし仕事をさせて、優れた人物に育て上げていくという小林の教育哲学の真髄がこの言葉にはある。
