Fr. Anthony Amato is the Pastor of St. Peter's Parish in Clifton Springs, New York. He was ordained as a priest in June of 2017 by Bishop Salvatore Matano of the Diocese of Rochester, New York.   In Today's Show:

• Our pastor recently appointed new parish trustees for our church. Could you describe what the role of parish trustees is?

• I pray daily that my stepdaughters will come to love Jesus and the one true church he created. I pray that they will live the faith that my husband raised them with. Are my prayers any more efficacious than prayers from a stranger because of my position as their stepmother?

• Has the church historically taken a stance on the idea of women serving in politics and other positions of leadership and authority?

• How would you recommend dealing with a parent who is overly controlling, especially in their children's dating lives?
