三鬼隆（みき たかし、1892年1月14日 – 1952年4月9日）は、日本製鐵・八幡製鐵（現・新日鐵住金）元社長。鉄鋼業界の大御所だった。第二代日本経営者団体連盟会長。岩手県花巻市出身。父は実業家・政治家の三鬼鑑太郎。長男は元新日本製鐵会長の三鬼彰。
この言葉は、三鬼が分割された八幡製鐵初代社長となった時に発した言葉である。三鬼の目が黒いうちには叶わなかったが1970年、八幡製鐵と富士製鐵が合併し、新日本製鐵株式會社となった。三井物産の統合を志した水上達三も同じだが、統合という志が人々を結びつけ奮い起こした。リーダーの発する志が組織の命運を握っている。
