大森 実（おおもり みのる、1922年1月13日 – 2010年3月25日 日本時間3月26日）は日本のジャーナリスト。兵庫県神戸市出身。ボーン国際記者賞（1960年） 、UCLA国際ジャーナリスト賞 、日本新聞協会賞を受賞。
国際ジャーナリストの魁であった大森実は、毎日新聞のスター記者として、また独立ジャーナリストとして、そしてカルフォルニア大学の教授として、日本とアメリカの関係をみつめていた。冒頭の言葉は最晩年に友人に語った言葉だ。遺言である。
