Aaron Peirsol won 29 international gold medals, 5 at the Olympics. He dominated the stroke throughout the first decade of the new millennium before going out on his own terms. He is still the World Record holder in the 200 LCM Backstroke.   

Jack Roach is the Head Coach of Tide Swimming in Virginia Beach, VA as well as one of the coach's of the LA Current. This is Jack's second time on the podcast, as he was Episode #001.
