Lewis Buchanan is a professional mountain bike rider from the Tweed Valley, Scotland. Lewis turned professional at just 16 years of age and has ridden for some of the largest brands/teams in the world. For 2020 Lewis has been forced to change things up a little and has put together his own race programme which includes riding for Vancouver Island based Forbidden Bikes and pull in support from other brands.
On this episode we take a deep dive into why he has made these drastic career changes and the challenges that he has been presented with, 2020 plans and some of the negative sides of being a professional mountain bike rider.
