Voilà. Welcome back, my friends, to the worldwide broadcast of the Ted Nostom show. As always, we're bringing you the latest world news and health research. Hope you guys have fantastic day to day, as always. Got some health stuff we're gonna be covering today. And then, it looks like we got Hagman tonight. So, I got some more stuff we're gonna be covering. Yeah, it's gonna be another good show with him. We always pretty going some wild topics against some things rolling on there. So, yeah, and also to be sure to check out the products of the week, the NAC, the NAC little sistine I talked about it yesterday. It is its last day, pretty much it'll be changing later

on this afternoon. And I actually haven't even checked the vote box. I'm kinda out of town and out of the bout. Let's see where we're out on here. Uncle Trace didn't get a photo on here. That's odd. So, we're at... No. Fin food. Fin food has one in a while. Hope we got a fin inventory. How's expected? I talked about how that dimension stabilizes all the... D.I.M. and Man, and we've got a stock like the same day. Yeah, I'm... We're having back in though. Notice to that. I got another big batch of D.I.M. coming in. That's not been that popular of a product. Because I never talked about it. Yeah, but it kinda gets like swept over. And it's really good to do. What a good toll and estrogen and men in women. Well, what it does, and here's what I've learned from it already. I'm... My weight's staying down. I'm eating more. And my body fat levels are dropping like crazy. And I'm like, what the heck? And I started... Because what happens? That estrogen... It's a fat-storing hormone. Fat-storing hormone. And so, you gotta just really, really avoid that stuff.

And as you get past the age of 40, with men listening to me, your body starts wanting to store fat because your testosterone aromatizes in the estrogen. And with that... And with that... And with that... And with that... And with that... And with that... And you start looking like a girl. You start getting hit. You start getting... The boobies... Forgive me. You look like a pair with tooth pick arms. Yeah. Yeah. I have to be honest. That's what you see. That's a lot of guys. I've been in shape with the younger. The gut gets real big. Arms get real skinny. And the reason why is because of hormone imbalance, testosterone maintains muscle tissue. Estrogen maintains body fat. Just what it does. It's why women get pregnant. And their estrogen levels go up. Because their bodies are trying to store extra calories for the baby. The problem is the guy... You don't want elevated estrogen and low testosterone. That's one of the reasons why the testo plus... I thought it was going to win on here. That product is an unbelievably good staple. It kick and testosterone up. But y'all wanted to fit food away. So I'm going to make sure I got another batch on hand coming in.

But so I talked about how it's basically burning body fat on me. Yeah. You know, I'm my core. It's getting really... I mean, just really solidly. You know, my ab workout now too. But I tell you what though, you can do all the ab work that you want. You can't flex fat. That's the fact. That's the fact. And I'm going to be quote that. You can't flex fat. In other words, if you got a six pack and it's high and underneath the fat, you can work as much as you want. You ain't going to see it because of the fat. Abs are made in the kitchen. But the thing is, I've always told people... Abs are made in the kitchen. Yeah. I like that. But the thing is with training abs is you don't have to go all heavy with crazy, crazy reps and crazy volume and going to failure. And different types of ab exercises, three to four different exercises at the end of a workout, 20 to 25 reps each. That's all you need. 100 reps roughly. Now, if you're trying to really expand as far as your ability and core strength in your and jujitsu or your basically, you know, bar sock and you guys are doing a lot of core stuff, that's a whole different animal. But as far as with daily basis, you don't have to sit there and wear yourself as I'm some people, oh, yeah.

I'm going to 500 crunches today. My back's all messed up. And I'm like, nah, that's not it. Again, you can't flex fat. First off, you need to focus in the kitchen. And secondly, you need to focus on more core strength and the abs develop on their own with good core strength and exercise. I remember when I was a bodybuilder. I was the peak of my life. I was unbelievably good shape. People asked me, why do you look like that? I said, 80% diet. That's a fact. And you think, you know what's not? Yeah, you trained as hard as you want. You can't flex fat. And I remember I stayed real lean, but I kept my diet real clean. We go to the subway restaurant up there. That was a pizza place at that point. I got a sandwich shop and I would order double extra beef and double extra cheese. Because back then they had any hormones in that food. And I would scrape the beef and the cheese off the pizza and not eat the bread. That's keto, for it's keto. Oh my gosh. And I'm just, I'm a, I'm huge. I got a 50 inch chest, 18 1 1 2 1 2 arms, a 34 inch waist. And I'm wondering around looking like the, you know, Auburndale ape. I'm telling you that. See? And what was funny is that my friends would always say, how do you do this? And I'm like, well, I work out about 10 to 15 to 20 minutes a day, six days a week.

I mean, the literally the chest workout was 12 minutes, twice a week. That was it. And but I trained super hard, super tense, but I kept my diet really clean. The problem with that is, and say it to you, you got to have some carbs and you know, because you don't, you start getting really fatigued and you want to take naps. And if you're, it's a good contest diet, but it's not really practical year round because of the lack of carbohydrates. But I remember we had a guy named Charlie. He worked out with Zia to be like an eight pack. And he's always super clean. He kept his carbs a 50 a day. Did you hear him? He studied glucose, baby. There's a much glucose going on that brand. And in fact, one day I see him in. There's got a belly on him. And he goes, I couldn't do it anymore. I had to start eating. And I said, well, I said, well, you don't have to get a belly on you either. You're going to just ease up into it a little bit. But I want to cover some scripture with you today. There's a verse often that used to confuse me as a child. We talked about this the other day. And I'm going to cover this. This is important. Last week actually. We covered this in church last Sunday. And I looked at it and I'm looking at, I'm looking at the, as a scripture, and it's being preached differently than I've ever heard it. Now what it is, is the Holy Gospel, Matthew 18, 1 through 20.

This is my church, Bullets, for the day. And it's talking about the same verse that we've quoted repeatedly over and over again. At that time, the disciples came to, what I'm doing is I'm talking about pedophiles now who belong in a wood shipper. Okay. Is that clear enough? We're going there on Wednesday. I was wondering what we're going to take this. Now we're talking about kids in the freezer with Epstein, wood shipper. All right. We're talking about ancient Babylonian religions that sacrifice their children, the Bale, the Malach and Asher, and Jesus warning them not to do this because all this stuff is going on for thousands of years before Christ's game. It never stopped. It never stopped. It is still going on today. And that time the disciples came to Jesus saying, who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven and calling to him a child he put in the midst of them and said, truly I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of God. Whoever humbles himself like a child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, we'd better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.

Now you think, okay, well that's the best terrible. Be careful with the kids. And he goes on to warn people at everything. Then he says in verse 14, he warns you about all the pedophile stuff if you do what's going to happen to you. Now I never saw it like this. This is how we got a preached on Sunday. And then in verse 14 it says, after all the pedophile stuff that they're going to do to you, it says, so it is not the will of my father who in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. Okay, if your brother sins against you, go tell him to fall between you and him alone. So he's from that point back to that point he talked about the pedophile stuff. He's talking about kids. Now I never understood this without a child. I'm going to read you what it says because it didn't make any sense to me when I was little. Woe to the world for temptations to sin. This is after you best with these kids for it is necessary that temptations come because you're going to be dealing with all of this stuff your whole life. Woe to the ones by which the temptation comes. And if you're hand, now he's talking, I'm going to meet perfectly now. The way I understand this, he's talking to pedophiles. Get this because he's still talking about kids right now because he finishes it with kids. And if your hand and your foot cause you to sin, cut it off and throw it away.

It's better for you to enter life crippled or lame them with two hands or two feet, be thrown in a eternal fire. So in other words, if you're a pedophile and you're a weirdo and you're doing this stuff, these little children, it's going to go sideways with you real quick and be better for you to main yourself and amputate yourself. And if your one eye caused you to sin, tear it out and throw it away, it is better for you to enter life with one eye than with two eyes, be thrown into hell of fire. See that you do not despise one of these little ones. Again, he talks about, he's talking about kids right now. For I tell you that heaven, these angels always see the face of my father who's heaven. What do you think if a man has a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray? Does he not leave the 99 on the mountains and go to the search of the one that's one astray? And if he truly finds it, I say to you, he rejoices over more than the other 99 that never went astray. So it is not the will of my father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. The whole thing he's talking about is kids here. And so when I was little, I used to get really confused about this because it wasn't preached like it was preached on Sunday. It was preached like, well, if your hand caused you to stumble, you need to cut your hand off. I'm like, I don't want to cut my hand off.

I'm eight years old. Now listen to me. I'll be teaching little kids stuff like this. Avoid these types of verses. Unless you explain this about children. Because they confuse the children. No, I'm glad you point that. I've never actually taught me. I always thought the same thing. I was like, oh man, you know, if I, if I, so I'm a one time now, this trick confession. I ended up stealing hot wheels from one more. I was a kid. Who did? I think a lot of people done that. A lot of people did that. And I felt so guilty about it. And I remember specifically stuff getting brought up in church about thevery and stuff like that. I was like eight or nine years old. And I'm worth thinking, well, is that mean I need to cut my hand off? Because I stole hot wheels. Well, it doesn't talk about that. No, I remember. It's just funny. You brought that up. And again, no, I'm well compensated if I were stalling body for the company. I'm sure I got the 99 cents paid back to them before already. But that's an interesting way to put it. No, and what happened with me, one time I was in my, I got my brother's bedroom. My brother bedroom had a magazine in there. I probably shouldn't have looked at it. And I looked at it. I thought, oh, I need to cut my hand off. I looked at this magazine.

And I think about it. And I'm like, I mean, I didn't know what to do. Because they don't. Well said. Because you can't teach this stuff to little children. They don't understand it. They're in a theta brain weight state. Now you can say, hey, look, if a person messes with one of your little kids, God has got some bad stuff for them. Yeah. So he's warring them. But don't be reading this to kids saying, oh, pluck your eye out. No, don't be teaching them stuff like this. It's about pedophiles as far as I'm concerned now, because the whole topic is about children and what you do to these kids. You got perverts out there. Now listen to me. Almost every gay guy has had some type of encounter with a pedophile who brought them into that lifestyle when they were younger, when they were in a vulnerable state. A lot of time it happens with church leaders who take the amount of camping trips. Happens a lot. Be cautious of that. Don't you remember the Boy Scouts and all the gay queer weirdos that were taking these kids out and raping them? And they get to know these children. They build a rapport with them. We knew a preacher up in Atlanta. Damn pedophile. All to say it.

And we didn't know he was a pedophile. But also a whole bunch of boys who were 15, 16, 17, so suit him for raping them in a hotel room. And it's happened to stay in his room in the penthouse suite with them and then had been in the same bed with them. I mean, you remember the sauce. I'm not making this up. I know. Yeah. No, and they have to church. So he's warring here. If you're doing this stuff, be better for you to cut your hand off, pluck your eye out, the mess with these kids. Because all hell is going to break loose you when you get into the next dimension. I think the reference is that is if you're having those type of pedophile intentions or ideas, you do whatever it means to stop it. Yeah. That's what it's saying here. You've got to whack your hand off. Well, a lot of these guys now in some of these countries around the world, they start doing stuff like that. They castrate them. Yeah. They're talking about the other day. They're chemical castrate, guys. But the problem with that a lot of times because this is a familiar perversion spirit, they still want to mess with little kids even after they've gotten castrated. It helps a lot of things, guys, but the reality is, this is the problem with this is, and the reason why this is brought up and the reason why it's still continues.

This is very prevalent in the Roman times. Oh, yeah. That's why it's still prevalent now. It's never, never went away. It was just more acceptable back then. It was. You can read all the weird perversion of the whole thing. And the Jews kept sacrificing their children to bail. And Jesus knew this. That's why he, who do you think he's talking to here? He's not talking to Gentiles in this. He's talking to Jews. He's telling you, he's telling these Jews, he's going, look, you bunch of pervert, that's not a bad word. You guys got to stop this. It'd be better for you to cut your dog on hand, and say, it's necessarily his little children. What's wrong with you? You weirdo? And so, you know, he got really upset. I mean, he's telling the main themselves instead of do this. He's saying, hey, look, you stopped this because if you don't, it's going to be better that you got casted at sea right now with a great millstone tied around your neck. Let me tell you what's going to happen to you the next life. This is going to go sideways for you. So he's warning them. So be really careful when you teach little children not to, you warn them to stay away from certain people. If you have a church leader that wants to take your kids camping, you make sure they're

married, you make sure you know who they are, you make sure they've got kids, you make sure they're not a pervert, you make sure they don't act queer. You make sure that, that's number one. Number two, you probably need to run a criminal background check on with every head complaints. A lot of churches are doing that now before they let people become, you know, youth leaders. I had a friend of mine one time and he'd gotten arrested, you know, up in North Carolina and he was, he was ushered in the church and finally they told everybody, no matter what you do here at the church, if you're going to work with us, we have to run a background check on you. Well, he'd been arrested. He don't want everybody to know what he'd been arrested. He basically quit being an usher. Got all mad with sideways, left the church. I don't mean he goes to church anymore. And the sad part about it is he's a great guy. But the problem is the sins of our youth a lot of times are more, are laid out in front of other people. That's why I say to you guys, look, here's the deal. If you got somebody trying to blackmail you over something stupid that you did, just go out and just do the full acknowledgement of like I told my pastor friend who tried to pick up a prostitute one time who was an undercover, not a cop, me a lady prostitute cop. And he got arrested for just solicitation. Now he never had sex with it. It's charges related drop.

And then the part one of the people in his church is mother no less. Basically, I'm going to tell everybody your church that you got arrested for picking up a prostitute because I've never had sex with it and it charges for drop blah, blah, blah. You have to search trying to extort him. Because finally, he said, what do you do? I said, go to the church and tell him you got arrested for picking up a prostitute. He said, what? I said, yes, it's been 20 years ago. Who cares? You don't do that anymore. Tell them the charges were dropped. He just told the whole church, I said, what's she going to do then? You already told the church. He had a big church. I mean, tens of thousands of members. And he told him. And he goes, a couple of eyebrows, give him up, nobody cared. And that was the end of it. Sometimes you just have to come clean with what you're doing. And you got to stop doing what you're doing. If you lied to somebody, say, look, I messed up, I lied. And then learn, don't lie. You know, if you oversleep and you miss a meeting, say, look, I really apologize. I overslept and I missed the meeting. I forgot about it. And you go on it. Own it. And then, of course, everybody oversleeps and misses a meeting once in their life. And everybody, man, it respects, especially in business.

You respect it a lot more. You screw up on something. If you mess something up, if you miss a deadline, you just own it. There's nothing where I can say this in business. There's nothing worse than dealing with people in business that completely screw up, drop the ball, miss the mark, and then want to blame everybody else. Oh, well, you told me this and I didn't understand it. You sent an email this time and I did, just, oh, and you screwed up. Yeah, we had a guy years and years ago, try to put together a website for us. And finally, I looked at him. I said, I cannot believe that I'm in business with you. I said, you're a liar. I said, you're a, you're a plague. Switching back to the old site. Yeah, I know. I said, all you do is lie. And I didn't, and it was sure enough. It ended up basically being a nightmare with this guy because all he did, we had two of those, by the way, by the way, I only read you one more verse and John. Just, I got some hell stuff. I got, I got to cover one more scripture. I mean, I'm on a roll here. First John, too, I love this verse. In fact, it was in that movie, Fury. It was a great verse. Do not 15, verse John 15 for two. Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the father is not in them.

For everything in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, the pride of life comes not from the father but from the world. The world and his desires pass away. But whoever does the will of God lives forever. Gosh, I love that verse. I said anything because I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday and he was talking, he's very wealthy. Owns a bank and he told me, he's, I cannot believe how money changes people. And I said, well, yeah, it always does that. And you know, it's not the money that does it. It's the fact that people have averis with money. It's the love of money that changes them. And the fact that when they have the money, they can do whatever they want to do. They can be the biggest nightmare on the planet. If they've got cash, they can be a complete jerk. If you had a friend of mine the other day, he was in Switzerland. And some guy was chewing out the waitress and really nice high end restaurant. My buddy calls the waitress over and says, man, I'm sorry, he's treating you like that. Gave her 100 euros. It was about $120. So here's something, here's that here. And then a few minutes, somebody else saw him do that.

Another guy called the waitress over here. Here's another 100 euros. Sorry you being treated like this. Finally, that's the nightmare leaves. And the waiter comes to the main guy, the chef comes out and says, thank you for defending my girl and gives them a bottle of free champagne. Here's the thing, if you see somebody doing something wrong, if it's in your power to stop it or try to make it better, try to do that. And I'm not saying that you should walk over to the table and talk to this guy. You make yourself shot here in Florida if you do that. Just new slash on that. But try to help the person that's being affected in a negative way and try to encourage them and build them up. It's very important because I tell you what, people are working hard right now. And the inflation that Trump is causing, especially with oil prices now, diesels to $6 a gallon, is mind boggling to me. And the fact that people are still supporting Donald Trump with his stupidity and what he's doing with Netanyahu is mind boggling me. There's a former guy from Osay, who's being interviewed this week. And they said, why is Trump doing this? Because because Benjamin Netanyahu owns him.

He owns him. Jeffery Epstein. And he goes, he went, when Trump got into this war, he doesn't know how to extricate himself now, because of ego. You know, he just needs to walk away from him, leave out Ron alone. He didn't start anything. What do you think of? I read it started nothing in the United States, man. It was Benjamin Netanyahu deemed his soul for the last 40 years. I mean, he's been ranting, raving, and running his mouth about, I ran, he'd be taken over for four decades now. And as funny he brought that up, the yesterday was interesting. I actually collabed with, I think she's probably pretty, pretty strong, butch-dike lesbian yesterday. We worked together yesterday. Was, is he one of our customers? No. Is the middle of the road. Middle of the road. Middle of the road. I mean, told you this. Stopped on the side of the road. I'm leaving the post office yesterday. I'm leaving the post office. There's a black guy with a C-in cane. He's got a big package. He's blind. He told his blind. And he's on the sidewalk, but off the sidewalk, he's trying to cross the road. He's almost got, and I'm pulling out.

Like, he almost took cars, hit him. Nobody would pay attention to him. Because I was trying to use a stick. And cars just, he should've been by. And I went, oh my gosh. This dude's about to hit. He's blind. Nobody will bother to stop. He's trying to, you know, he, he, he, he jumps back to the car. So I shoot my truck out in the road, and I pull it sideways. And I flip on the hazards. And as I'm getting out of my truck, this other lady, and I'm y'all is with me. She was her hair cut looked by mine. I mean, that leaves me stodged. I mean, I, I'm, I'm not, you know, saying that she was. This or that, but it, it should jump sound. She goes, okay, you got the truck. I'm like, hazards are on. Open the door. And there's more cars coming. Everybody's driving like, asked this yesterday. I don't know why. Is this feeling? It was like 25 on this road. And everybody's like, trying them. So much starts to go try to go around me about hit him and her. I step out of the road. I put my hand on like, stop, dude. Nobody paying attention. The dude's blind trying to get the post office. My hands were drawn up sideways in the middle of the road. And she's like, thank you, thank you. Thank you. I'm getting them across. She got them across.

I said, you got them. Yeah, I'll get them inside. I appreciate you blocking those cars. I said, take care. I'm good. I jumped my truck about to the other guy out there was still got cut off. I'm like, what are you doing, dude? I didn't shoot the guy. You didn't see my giant red pickup truck with hazards on pulled sideways in the middle of the road. My bad. I don't want to pay attention. I'm like, gosh, but it was interesting. Even though sometimes I can guarantee you probably mine at her beliefs, probably vastly different on almost every topic as well. But in a situation that needs to happen, it needs to happen right now. I will give her credit. She was on point right in the middle of it. I mean, the middle of the road, this guy was blocking it. And I will say, I thought of myself, there is a little bit of humanity that we can agree on something. So I'm going to say something here. It's going to make a lot of people go, whoa, he said this. If I was in a trench or I was in a foxhole, and I got myself a butcher like lesbian sitting beside me, who knows how to handle a weapon. Yeah. And she's on the M60. Yeah. It's 240. And she hits everything she shoots at. She's like, anti-ocly. I'm good. I'd rather have her there than some milk toast dude that can't even hit her.

Oh, some little trainy fairy boy that's screaming. She broke a nail trying to rack the whole bull. No. So, you know, now the whole thing about it is, you got to be careful with the butcher like lesbians, they are really mean like to hit people. And that's a problem. They can't be an issue. But I was just actually shocked yesterday. I was able to actually work together with somebody like that. But if she's in the she's running the M60 with me and the M60. Yeah. I know. She knows how to keep the bull going. Whatever. Oh, by the way, nobody else said, nobody else helped me yesterday. Everybody else trying to drive around me. I hit everybody. I was like, she's the only one who's funneptic enough to get out of her car and help this guy. You know, yes, last night I watched a movie, 12 Angry Men with Henry Fonda. Now you haven't seen that movie all since an old movie, but that I got to fit. Black and white movie is about 12 guys that are basically put on a jury. 12 white guys that are in a jury room trying to decide they want to convict this guy for murdering his dad. And Henry Fonda goes, everybody goes, well, it's just a shut open shut case. Let's vote. And Henry Fonda goes, no, not guilty. And he goes, you know, there's a lot of things I don't understand here. There's a lot of things that defense attorney didn't do.

And so it goes through the entire, it reminded me so much of that case with that one guy who stood against all those butch-dike lesbians in that court case against the lady who strangled her baby. No, this was the VBS. No, no, I couldn't. I want to watch it last night. And I was finally, it finally, and he goes, you know, there's a lot of things I don't understand here. There's a lot of things that defense attorney didn't do. And so it goes through the entire, it reminded me so much of that case with that one guy who stood against all those butch-dike lesbians in that court case against the lady who strangled her baby. No, no, I couldn't. I want to watch it last night. And I was finally, all kinds of people now because of that dog on the go-to. That's the topic of discussion. I'm not going to go into details. I got to cover the day. If that's the topic of discussion concerned about look up the spike protein survival kit on the site, that's a formula that we put together. There's pretty dog on effective that we have found that helps out as far as, how should I say, healthy cardiovascular, healthy detox and healthy blood flow. No, another thing's that, another one.

The creative cancer is terrifyingly dead and deadly, chappity everywhere, almost symptomatic until it's too late. And I'm telling you what, these turbo cancers that are hitting these people all over the world now is the direct thing because of what happened to them in 2000 with a little thing. And gosh, the ridiculous guys, do we got to do that? Otherwise we get, we get, we get, we get, we get, we get banned again. I'm tired of getting banned. But the reality is we have a 22 year old beauty queen, Diane. And then we have people all over the country dying at a very young age. The problem now has become so common. The news very rarely picks up on, let's us miss Austria. Well, they, they just press, it's past that man. The news is completely blacklisted, anything that ties in cardiovascular problems. Do you remember when it went viral about myocarditis and paracharditis? They could, they, they lose me, they couldn't even shut it down. There were so many cases of paracharditis and myocarditis and young boys after they got the shot that it was like, it was, it was, it was growing almost just, just geometrically

every day. There's more articles. And then suddenly the FDA forced Moderna and Pfizer to put on the shot on the vaccine insert that's actually in there now. The, this product has been, don't you cause myocarditis and paracharditis and young males? Kind of ironically, it's, it was young males that it attacked on that. Interesting. Let me go past another one. I got a health article I'm going to cover here for you guys today. You don't have to give up carbs to control blood sugar, but change how you eat them. Give me a camera for one here. Eating the right foods in the right order is keto blood sugar control and that's spot on. They said essentially people think my controlling blood sugar they often think about cutting every single type of carbohydrate out. Not necessarily the case. A lot of people talk about going keto, which you could do that. I find that certain people respond better to keto than others. A lot of times if you get to a certain level of body fat percentage, keto is not that beneficial primarily because you don't have very low body, you don't have much body fat.

When you start in like single digit body fat, you're like eight, nine percent body fat and lower. Keto starts to become very difficult to keep burning. It feels like you're burning body fat and ketones. ADS you can, but energy level starts to really decrease because what happens is the body, once it gets to single digit body fat, it does not like burn or fat as fuel. At all. That's why you have to do certain things like carb cycle and you've got to increase cardio. You've got to do other things. You start taking body fat, burrs like the pro cup core that we have. By the way, that's supposed to come back in soon. That formula's got reform. You let it know. It's about a stock like six months. Stand by with me on. I'll give you guys an email when it comes back in. That's why when you're trying to get down, five, six, lower than that body fat, it's really not even that healthy. It's hard to maintain long term. But as far as keto diet, that can work pretty good. You've got to see people that have high body fat. Once you start getting low body fat, you're going to start changing stuff up. This is where the topic comes into place here. It says, healthy food behaves differently over processed food. This is very, very on point. That's why I tell people like oatmeal, organic oatmeal, great carbohydrate, slow digesting

yams. Yams are a really good carbohydrate. They're loaded with minerals. They're loaded with vitamins. And they're very slow digesting carbohydrate. So if you're looking at carbs in, it's also the timing and the portion control. And it says, build the meal around vegetables. Vegetables were the simplest way to eat more blood sugar, meat of meal, more blood sugar friendly. Broccoli, spinach, I've had so many times. How many times have I said this? I'm going to stop for one second. Okay, let me go back to you. This is why in the mornings, I take a purple stick out of an empty stomach. Yeah. Because it's not going to slow it down. It's going to go into my system pretty quick, so I can get geeked up for the podcast, right? Then I take another two, I started, like in the morning, got up at six, took a couple of purple sticks, waited to like about eight, took two more purple sticks. Then what did I do? Well, now I'm feeling pretty good. Well, then I ate three eggs, cooked in butter. Now if I had started that thing with three eggs, cooked in butter, purple sticks wouldn't have worked very well. It's all fat. Because that fat was just slowed down everything down.

And that's exactly what we saw about. That's why when you mix chicken and vegetables together here, like they're talking about, now stay away from a lot of corn. Because it's got, it's too starchy. Corn used to have some nutrient properties to it. The problem is now I will be shocked if you could actually find me a lab tested corn. It hasn't been exposed to some type of glyphosol. It's a, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's corn is just contaminated now, man. And so it goes on to say, it's this spinach, kale, broccoli, basically non-starchy vegetable green, green beans, peas, carrots. They are generally provide fiber, relatively little, low glycine digestible carbohydrates. They have fiber that slows digestion, increases fullness. And that's the moderate glucose response to meal. Let me also add this. You've got to have fiber in your meals for proper digestion, the bowel movements. Your bowel stopped moving. You can't go on straight, you know, buffalo and rice, what you can have done it before. You've got to really be adding in some fiber into it. You can't each straight buffalo and rice all the time. Secondly on here, one of the things you have to realize when you're looking at caloric intake, there's a lot of times this will happen if you start going on vegetables and chicken.

Like he does around a regular basis. You have to add a lot of additional fat into your diet. If you don't, what happens is the meals will wear off like 30 minutes. If you just eat a piece of grilled chicken with green beans and no fat at all, you're hungry. You were literally, I will be hungry in 30 minutes to digest, even with the fiber, something to leave it really fast. There's no fat to slow it down. And you realize your caloric intake gets really, really low, low, and you expect it. Because green beans are like what, 30 calories for a can. Not much. And chickens, you know, not a lot better. You know, as far as all straight protein. And so again, this is important on here. On further on here, it says don't give up on fruit, but it needs to be whole fruit. Not juice. Not juice. Not juice. I've talked about this all the time. Like kiwi. Kiwi is an incredibly good fruit. It's one of the highest vitamin C fruits in the world. But you don't juice it. You actually peel it and eat a real kiwi. It contains vitamin C and has what's called a Sanidin in it, which is an enzyme that evolved in protein digestion.

I did not know that. So I started researching today. These are investigated whether kiwi consumption is part of a meal may moderate post meal glucose responses. Also avocado, great fat, botanically a fruit. It's unusual because all these calories come from fat. And it says portion size matters. Oh, but boy doesn't. Now when you eat chicken rice, you can still eat quite a bit. Wait, chicken vegetables too. Or chicken vegetables. Yeah. Chicken rice is going to watch out and come on there. You can catch on that. But it says when you're using whole foods, do not, does not make portion size irrelevant. A large serving of brown rice, for example, can provide substantial carbohydrate load, even those generally more nutrient dense than high-level fine alternatives. And changing the order you eat. This is what we just talked about earlier. As far as with protein, vegetables, carbohydrates, the time when you eat them and when you eat them. For example, you may be able to eat, you know, a couple of rice with, you know, some grilled chicken and green beans. So a lot of time to eat that in the afternoon. That's about three hours before I work out.

That's really good because the body will break down the carbohydrates. You can use them more as fuel for the workout. What you don't do is you don't eat a cup of rice nine o'clock at night before you go to bed. I mean, honestly, I know you eat a lot of rice and you're pretty lean, but I stay away from it. I'll eat some of you once more because here's the problem. You may be some chicken and yellow rice. Man, I'll eat two plates full of that stuff. Well, I can't. Well, no. I just said portion size matters. No, I've been to people. You gotta be, if you eat rice in your diet, you have to be disciplined with your portion. I've got a friend of mine. I've just met him a couple of weeks ago. I went to Van Green's Retirement Party at his church and, you know, Van's Black guy. And there was another big black guy sitting beside me. I haven't told you about this. He also does big black guys. He's pastored. He's also another pastor. And he weighs about 300 pounds. And I told him he was a college football player starting quarterback for the Maryland Terrapins. You know, and then some issues happened to him. He ended up not staying there in college and didn't finish. And then he ended up getting with the wrong people and ended up getting a bunch of weight.

And so he weighed, he played it about 220. He's about six foot four. He's 300 down. Yeah. He's super fat. And so he wanted, and I saw, I started talking to him. I said, well, why don't you go, he lives about 30 miles away. I said, why don't you go and start working out with something. He was a long drive, but I'll try. So last Saturday he come in. He came in, he came in, he lived in my grammar. He came over to the house, worked out, and I put him through a lap workout with some maps. That's it. That's all I did. And how had him do about 24 sets of lads, which is a lot when you haven't trained. And boys he saw. And so when he got done with, and so when we got done, I gave him a really good shake. Yeah. You know, with our GHI, his bowels were messed up. You put them in banana, a little bit. You got to, you don't put the banana in it, especially you get to remember, if you're going to eat carbohydrates or fruits with sugar, and I'm like bananas, it's really good. First of all, he keeps the whole thing. Secondly, it's great post workout. That is one of the main times when you can get away with a higher carbohydrate intake as post workout because your body is starving for glucose and your body needs nutrients and needs carbohydrates to basically shuttle nutrients to the muscles.

And so what he's in, I said, what did GHIs got that? See he just called me up and said, can I work out again tomorrow? Absolutely. Here's the thing now. You're saying, well, how much did you restri- I put him on the scales at my house. I have the doctor's scales that are still there from the clinic. I put him on the real scales. I don't play games at the time. I know you don't. He's got full clinic- like weighted scales. No digital, no batteries. Old school. Old school and they are accurate. And then he just did the downs. And so I put him on the scales and he's three hundred pounds. And he goes, well, what do you want my chloric intake to do? I don't worry about it. Yeah. And he said, what do you mean? I said, eat as much chicken, make sure the skin is offered, and as many vegetables as you want, organic. He goes, well, what's my limit? I said, there is an element. Eat three chickens a day. I don't care. He's got to maintain some chloric intake. No, because he's got to be eaten at seven, eight thousand calories right now. Six, four. And at chicken and vegetables, you can eat seven thousand calories an hour. You can't eat seven thousand calories an hour. You want to get sick. You want to throw up. Okay. So I told him, he said, well, you guys have to look. I said, you're going to drop ten pounds for a week.

No matter what. You're just eating chicken and vegetables. What the vegetables are going to clean them out soon? And then I told him, I said, and what I want you to do is I want you to start on GHI, what she now has. And I said, I want you to go on a GHI fast for one week. And I said, I want you to take in between two to three thousand calories of GHI every day. Why? It doesn't matter. You're going to lose weight like crazy doing that at three hundred pounds. I've got another friend of mine. He's got all these anxiety problems. And I told him, let's put you on a GHI fast. He can't do it. He tried. He tried it for two days. But his God is his stomach. You know who I'm talking about. And he won't fall. And he never listens. Brain interface, man. I can't stress that enough. Now, here's another article. To gut brain damage and the health brain damage that you've done can be reversed in midlife. In other words, what you've done to your brain, you can basically fix. If you walk into a room and you forget why you're there or you lose your train of thought or halfway through a sentence, it'd be easy to dismiss these moments as they know a part of older. But what you don't understand is your brain is on a decline. Even years after, years of drinking and smoking and poor diet or two little exercise, there

are things that you can do. And with neuroplasticity, the brain will rebuild itself. For decades, we were taught there is no regeneration in the central nervous system, including the brain. Now they know it's not true. Chronic heavy drinking associated with reduction is both great matter, which is involved in thinking, memory, and movement, but white matter, which connects different grises of the brain, basically has all kinds of heavy, heavy, it will help to rebuild itself after you stop drinking. This is backed up by a 220 review of studies, which followed people with alcohol used to water during the abstinence. The research found that after 7.3 months, cortical thickness, the outer end of the brain, associated with intelligence and neurological health increased significantly in 25 out of 24. Recovery may not be complete, but it will happen. But you've got to start exercise, you start to stop working, you've got to start taking magnesium and brain food, you've got to start taking magnesium, you've got to start doing cardiovascular exercise, you've got to take the powdered multiple. You have to give your brain what it needs to be actually to come back. You can do exercise as far as learning, as far as learning a new language, learn how

to play an instrument. And it says, quit smoking, stop putting nicotine. This makes me so angry with these doctors now that I got on that nicotine patch bandwagon in the back. Oh, the zins, now man. Don't be doing that man. What's happening now is it's a cash cow. And it is. It's a cash cow because everybody's realized how... And it says eat. Brain healthy ingredients, vegetables, berries, beans, nuts, wild... brought wild salmon or the magnesium, or the magnesium, brain food along with the cod liver, or that we use the omega-3s. If you feed your brain the right things, I'm telling you, I've got a friend of mine right now I'm working, they who took the COVID shot and she had a massive problem with memory lapses. And she was a vegan on top of that. If you really want to mess your brain up, be a vegan. You're going to be in a skit's way as a cat on a hot tin roof because you... And you've got a fat meal, yeah. fat. In back twelve. Yeah. And everybody that I know, this pure vegan ain't right in a head. And if you and this dude, here's the thing, man, everybody's got their own choices, even if they're dumb choices, everybody's going to make em. You said this, lmacin.

You're going to go next to the morality l谁 now. If you're going to go vegan, I mean, and and I mean this sincerely. Please, if you don't do anything, stay on the MC powder and the Ultra Omega 3 and the B12. multiple, multiple multiple has got B12 in it. The problem with it is I found with vegans. It's like talking to a wall half the time. No, it's about nutrition. They know everything about nutrition, but they know nothing about nutrition. If you understand what I mean, they know nothing, but they think they know everything there and know it all here. Also multiple powder, ultra mega, do me a favor. That's just get you don't do anything. Just do that. You'll be shocked on how much better you feel. Anyways, going back to my health topic here. So I want to cover this one last thing. It was talking about blood sugar control doesn't end at dinner. Muscles, a major side of glucose disposal. Let's talk about earlier. Post workout is when you need carbs. When muscles contract, physical activity, the glucose for energy, maintain muscle support and some sensitivity. This makes regular movement, particularly resistant exercise and important compliment to dietary changes.

I know we just said this. I know exactly what we just talked about. The reason why I'm reiterating this is because for some odd reason, people can't figure this concept out. It doesn't mean necessarily you need to go be a bodybuilder and go pick it up, put it down, pick it up, put it down, put it down. You'll do all that, but at least exercise and do something. Our bodies were designed to be movement. The design to be moving. It's a continuous movement. Correct. It says this makes regular movement important a compliment to dietary changes, even light activity after eating is useful. A short walk after a meal gives working muscles an immediate opportunity to circulate glucose. Don't go eat a 2000 calorie burger fries and shake and then immediately go lay on the couch of watch TV for three hours unless you just love being unhealthy. That is one of the worst things you could do for your body is overeat, massive calorie dump, massive insulin

spike and then go be sedentary for half the day. You want to get fat? You want to drop your testosterone? You want to have no energy? Do that right there. Remember that fat produces estrogen? Oh, I'm at my point. It becomes its own organ. What happens is remember, the body, if the body isn't being regularly pushed, especially with males, this is crucial. Listen to me guys, I'm about to give you the cliff notes on a whole million dollar knowledge here. If the body is not being pushed at all as a male, testosterone levels have no reason to increase. If your body is set in there and you sit at a computer all day and you stare at a blue screen and then you get home and you lay on the couch, the body thinks, what do I need my testosterone to be 900 or a thousand four? This guy is set in there. He does nothing productive. I give my testosterone to get out of two or three hundred. You're good. You maintain, you'll stay alive, you'll survive. When you push, and I'll tell you this right now, you want to blow your testosterone through the roof one day. Hammer the test O plus, the tribulus and go to an absolute kick butt leg workout

with walking ludges, dumbbell squats, all the other ones. Only if you're in conditions, you don't have a heart attack. Yes, that's the caveat. I know it's the caveat. Thank you for having that award these guys. I killed them so. Well, I mean, if you're not throwing up on a leg workout, you're not working out. It's not true. Awesome. It's terrible. Guys, don't listen to him. He's not, he's just making, no. Am I wrong? No, they're 18 years old. Okay. Thank you. Now, you're 50. Well, I'm talking about 18 years. I'm talking to 50 year olds right now. And then we got to tell guys, if you're over the age of 40, and you're at a really bad shape, don't go do a kick butt leg workout because you may be your last kick butt leg workout. I mean, putting you in a box. Oh, don't go with it. I don't want, okay, I don't want anybody in a box. No, nobody's going to box. So, Josh, make sure you have good cardiovascular health before you go do that. But I'm telling you right now, a good high intensity 20 minute leg workout. It'll shoot testosterone with the roof. I've got a joke. We got to break out of this for a second. I'm trying to get people in my face. This bomb. This bomb new heart. He's a college psychologist. And he goes, his woman comes in and he goes, she goes, I've got a phobia. He goes, what's

your phobia? So I'm afraid that I'm going to be buried alive in a box. And he goes, why do you think that? Well, I just, I just have his horrible fear. I have nightmares about being buried alive in a box. And he goes, it goes on and on and on. Finally, he says to us, you know, you're a poop. You're crazy. And he goes, if you don't stop talking about this, I'm going to bury you alive in a box. I don't want to buy it. But so we don't want anybody in a box. I'll just somebody asked it here, wild rice is that better for you? Wild rice is pretty good. Just first that's I had keto out of my rice for extra protein. That's not a bad idea at all. That's actually a very popular thing. People do not have that. There's nothing wrong if you're trying to gain muscle weight with this. No, only only I'm always going to have don't use wide rice because it makes it increase my body fat levels. That's the only reason. And I will eat it occasionally. But it's a lot of it comes down to portion and timing. If you eat 20, 30 grams of carbohydrates, that's a small amount of rice, by the way, and I'm going to get a meal. It's not going to. If if if you're active and exercising.

Now, if you're sitting there, you swab the drools on Netflix and potato chips all day, and you don't need to rise. You don't know. When I was at this party for Vandia the day, it's black church. And this black lady was cooking rice. Yellow rice, real, real rice. Really good. No. Yeah. And yellow rice and chicken. And it was black folks not cooked. Oh, they like to add some real seasoning. If you're white boys, it's like salt mustard. If you haven't gone to a black church and had a meal, now I'm not talking about chitlins don't do that. But that's not a terribly racist. But it's a fact to let the eat stuff like that. If just if you get something clean there, these these these ladies know how to cook. It's crazy. Yeah. It's amazing. But she meant that. And she says, well, you know, it takes some yellow rice home with you. I said, yeah. Yeah. I mean, she get where I didn't get me. Where was it? Oh, it was all that. As soon as I walked through the door, I made it. It was off. I would like to have some of that. Oh, the best yellow rice I've ever had. I told Van, I said, wherever you have these black parties, I said, you make sure you invite me. I like this food. You're so fine. Well, no, the thing about it is,

you got his porch control. I mean, I got a button top and we all this side. But yes, look at your dietary based on your needs and your energy expenditures. It based it a lot of that. If you got a tweak it a little bit, if you're working out and you're doing activity and you're really losing energy and you don't have any, you're just gassing out really early, pump your carburetor. Harbs up a little bit. If you're not bringing up body fat, pop another promo steak. We love that. Pop it in the can. I used the rest of the rest of the day. I'm well aware. I'm well aware. I should make one. My son decided he wanted to get up in the middle of the night three times just because he just doesn't like to sleep for some odd reason. Or maybe because he had a nappy your house. No, it was great. I had the two-year-old over the house yesterday. Man, he went to play in the pool. And then all of a sudden, he wanted a stuffed animal. So we had to drive back over to the worst restaurant in Polk County Cracker Barrel. And I did not condone this, but I didn't need those. I thought he'd put them in the car. He's got a great, but he was great. So he now he's got a goat. Bigger he is. And it's a stuffed

animal. He comes in, yes, to the house. The goats bigger than him. Oh, I know. And he's like, Dad, goat. See that son that he puts it, of course, puts it on me on the bed and then attempts to ride it. One of the other kids think about the goat. Other jealous. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I learned when you buy one goat, you got my three goats. Yeah, my 10-year-old son doesn't need a goat. He's these warp 22 ammo. Keep shooting. Oh, by the way, new evidence out that Epstein did not kill himself. No, we told you that for five years now. Oh, by the way, ain't dead any. I remember that. Oh, by the way, TSA is now doing another big thing for the federal government. They're going to allow you now. Listen to me to walk all the way to the gate to see your loved one take off. It's called gate side by TSA precheck. You know what's so stupid? I go into these gates now. And there's so many people already gate side that there aren't even seats. No. Now, here's the problem. I didn't know there's no seats anywhere. Now, here's the problem with that. It has nothing to do with you visiting your family to the gate. It's about they want you to get a TSA precheck. Then when I fingerprint you and do a facial recognition on you and basically put you into the computer world

of things with this giant data center thing. That's all this is don't fall for this ploy. Don't fall for this. Well, because they're saying now, yeah, in order to get gate side by TSA precheck, they have to have your fingerprints on file. You got to face your recognition when you go into it. You got to get a prove. Don't just walk in. You got to get a proof for it. And yeah, my take on this is I mean, how many people really want to go to the airport gate side anyways anymore? I mean, I think we kind of lost that after 9.11 everybody's kind of used to it. This isn't the home alone movie anymore. Everybody's got to run to the gate. It's over with I could care less. I'm not going to meet somebody the gate anyways. I'm going to pick you up and baggage claim. You can jump my truck. I'm not going to go inside the airport. We're in the park. You got to pay fee. That's the same. Now, $35 the part for one to 12 hours now to airport. It's insanely hard to part. A lot of times of you, the first 20 minutes for free, which they know you can't do anything. You can't do it. I was saying you can't do it. 20 minutes is free. That's $35. I can't even get to the terminal 20 minutes. Well, I'm done. I can't get you TSE preach. So you park out there waiting for your person who's

standing right there. You got to move this truck. And I'm like, they're standing right there. I told you move this truck. You give me a little badge. You give me legal eagle hat. Little eagle badge. They think they're an eagle. They got authority. They want to boss your guy. I have a truck towed as we're loading luggage and the person's getting in. And you're like, what is wrong with you? I love flying. Flying has been turned into another Gestapo regime now to control monitors, suppress free speech for suppress free life and what they've done. Airlines, you know, and I was watching that movie the other day. You missed one catch me if you can. Oh, great movie. Great movie. Two story about the guy the kid based the kid is a cashier was four million dollars. Like, he's a big, big, crazy movie. And it was crazy because back then flying. And you want, and I brought this up to the other day. There's Pan Am. So it was everybody's ensued flying was like this. This experience. I mean, you now suddenly you didn't have to take a car taxi, you know, from Florida to Texas. You have to play in here. They're in three hours. And so it was this experience that everybody valued. Is that now? It's becoming this like

yeah, you got to go through the cattle gate and treat like an animal. It's like you booked going to jail. Next here. Go to X ray. Oh, we think we found something now we got to take a group you for 10 minutes. Oh, I've never taken the back room. Been there. Done that. I got I got I got to get I got to get you to play this real quick. This is what it got. It's about flying. Oh, flying. Yeah, you know that to me. Yeah, I can I can email to you. It's it's it's a it's a thing that Mike sent me this one is so hilarious. I laughed. I'm yeah, it was great. But yeah, but it's it's all AI. It's not real, but it's so funny. Yeah, it's not. Can I text it to you? Do I have to email you? You can text it to me. All right. Okay. But then I want to play this only it's only about 20 seconds. You know, I'm the way you're messing with that. I don't know. I'll get to this later on. I covered this about a month ago on this show. And I'll probably reiterate it again. It was the 10 things to avoid if you're determined to lose weight. I may actually cover that tomorrow a little bit. So I've actually found to be fewer things I want to add onto this. And also I put a list together. Kind of kind of stole part of it. Look at this pasta, man. All these all these people that are super obese, they

always challenge on pasta. That's probably about 800 calories. Maybe a thousand. Of course, some of us I was about to say, depending what oils on it, the oil really makes a big difference with pasta and cheese. Okay, I've got this thing sent to you guys. People have to watch this now. This is hilarious. This is great. No, I loved it. But I want you to play this real quick and I'll start on another story right now. This is funny because it deals with flying. And I laughed myself silly this morning when I saw it. I thought myself, this is so true. And I have friends of mine who fly first class all the time. And they're saying, Hey, you know, I'm like, Are you going to take your girlfriend with you? And that's what this is about. By the way, baby boomers are now fleeing Florida for this unlikely East Coast beach haven where retirees can slash their tax and insurance because nobody else wants to live there. And they're talking about Delaware. Delaware. Apparently the beach areas in Delaware are really nice. And it says basically more than 40,000 people have moved to the Sussex County since 2020 in Delaware. Increasing the population of the

rural ocean from by 17% around five times the national growth rate. The influx is helped drive 23% increase in Delaware's population. A 65 and over largest increase of any state. That's funny. One of my best friends, any who lives up there was just talking to them. No, it's beautiful in the water studio. He's always he's a Delaware right now. Yeah, but he played a state. I'm pulling it up for you. This mass in migration has been fueled in large part by the state's financial appeal. While Florida was all wants to go to destination retirees seeking a lower cost of living, rising home prices and property insurance costs have made the sunshine state very expensive. That's a fact. That's the dog on Tico power bills. Delaware, meanwhile, are most slightly cheaper than the national average is significantly more affordable than in Florida. There's no sales tax in Delaware, Austin. I had no idea. Yes, no sales tax while and property taxes are dramatically lower. This has helped attract retirees from the northeast. I'm only probably going to deal with Joe Biden up there with some homeowners able to replace annual property taxes of 18,000 down to 1500 in Delaware. What did you,

what did you, okay, first off before I post this? What did you sit me? No, you got to sit. I have not watched this video all the way guys. It's about a guy flying first class over to Europe. Oh, that's you. Well, no, I don't, I don't watch that. I want you to play the video. I like watching you on here. No, let me see what you sent me. Okay, no, just got to play it. I'm playing it. Don't get mad at you guys. I don't know what's on this. Don't worry. There are no Hitler memes on this. That's it. Perfect. Yeah. Okay. Where we sit here? All right. Right. Yeah, you got to turn it on. Yeah, start over. Yeah. Watch this. Wait. Where do I sit? You're all the way in 50D, baby. You enjoy yourself. Huh? Why am I all the way in the back in economy class? Shouldn't your waiter go to the back? Baby, that's my boy. He's been here from me before you. He deserves this seat. Besides, you didn't even pay for your ticket. So be grateful. I'll see you after the flight. Separate flights. Please. Is everybody serious right now? Your seat is all the way back there, man.

I'm so sorry. 50D. That's the back by the laboratory. Oh gosh. Flying. I've got, I've got points to have used with the mayor. Play that again. No, I can't. I can't. I got to host a, we got five minutes left on the clock. We got too much stuff to cover. Besides your AI memes on here. So I laughed so hard. Well, he's, I've gotten upgraded numerous times the business of first class with upgrades on there. And it's, it's, it's still horrible trying to fly like doing with all, but it's way better at the front than it's the back. One time I got set by the toilet. Oh, yeah. The people are standing lined up beside us right behind the back in California. Yeah. Five hour flight. I'm like, then, then when you're in the back, you're in the very back. And you get that one guy that had to buy three seats because he saw a beast about 700 pounds and he waddles to the back and he goes to the bathroom and the entire back of the airport airplane. Stances just, just smells like a port of potty now. You got to sit back there. I'm done. I'm so, I'm miserable. Oh, so I just, I'm low. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Car makers have a new idea to boost the EV range. They're adding a

gasoline generator to the cars. But the motor will not run the wheels. So they, they know the market doesn't like this. So they're adding basically a generator to power the back. Do you know how freaking stupid this is? They're still burning fossil fuel. Oh, they're stupid. These whole concept is more on it. Hybrid technology is about as advanced as you want to make it and as extremely efficient if you want to use it correctly with battery systems tying in with the trunk combustion engine motors. It has nothing to do with emissions, nothing to do with green. This has everything to do with all the electric vehicles have to be tied into the Internet of Things. When you buy a Tesla, it has a cosmic connected to the Internet. All these things are about shutting your vehicle down immediately without you being able to tune them, modify them and pull the ECU out and train them. You can't do that with EV. There is no ECU. The whole car is a giant battery. ECU can't just pull it out. All the diesel trucks now. You can still go in if you want to take them out to a, how should I say,

free country and delete and tune them and pull the EDPF soft them legally. You can still do so. Once it gets in this whole EV range in this EV world, you'll never be able to live free modified, dilated trucks. You can still take a lot of stuff off. Now, some options won't run. Now we don't recommend that. I said if you go to a country that allows it legally. Oh, you know, you can order these trucks from other countries and you don't need to do emissions. No, no, no, no, no emissions. Ford offers a 93, it's called a 93 program that allows their trucks to have no emissions, no EGR, no DPS, nothing if it's for export only or get this to the US military. That's how they have to have reliability. The point you get the DPS are in nuisance. They're nightmare. They're $10,000, you know, paperweight that blows the turbos up and then you got to go back into fix it and you can't delete it legally. Now, granted Trump has been working on this time. I will give him that. He massively freaking hamstrung the EPA. We're going to see how that goes

because I know guys are in the fight with this now. He's like, he's only got a couple years left. Well, the promise is going to happen if we get some liberal nightmare back in there again. They're just going to put the EPA back in control. The EPA was so out of control. Is it so? Remember, they move million dollar fines to people, prison time for deleting your trucks. They're basically moving the ball closer to their guard. Larin, we move it back with Trump and then somebody else comes and they move it closer to where they want to go. That's what they always do. It's always incremental, incremental, incremental. That way you get used to being cooked in the pot. You're the frog, right? And you go to the cold water in the pot and you think you're all happy. And somebody turns the water on. Nice and slow. And 20 minutes later, you're kind of hot, but you don't really think much about it because you're a reptile. Another 20 minutes later, you're dead because you got cooked to death. You didn't go wrong. You look at it happen. The DOJ agreed with the injunction against ATF about tax stamps on suppressors and said, no, you know what? We agree with it. You don't have to file. You basically do a background check. That's it. You don't have to do a tax stamp or a form four, form three. And then that circuit court comes in two weeks ago and says, no, machine guns are not for civilians. Suppressors are not for civilians. Hundreds of federal court

judges by Biden. And that's the problem that we're in with this now. I don't give a crap what anybody's opinion is on machine guns. They fall under the definition of the second amendment. They are there for a well-trained militia to have some superior or same fire power as other military regiments. Period. And so this concept where we keep having these unbelievably liberal judges come in and say, well, no, there's no lawful purpose for suppressor. Dude, the UK's like the strictest gun, like gun control country in the world. And you can go buy a suppressor at the store without an out of the background check to put it on your over and under 12 gauge. You don't blow your eardrums out when you're here. It's stupid. What we're dealing with is, but again, remember, I told you guys this, when they came in and opened up the NFA and pulled these stuff off the registry and dropped the tax stamp, it was going to open up a whole pan doors box for better gun. I saw a chest, a looser leader gun laws. And so it's going to be a fight. Hopefully we get some really good rulings in here with some good precedent. This thing that comes out with Supreme Court,

if they rule that AR-15 platforms are a standard for law-abiding citizens and that legally everybody should and can't own them, this is going to set the precedent across the country with Supreme Court ruling. We're still waiting to see when they get this on a docket. Man, I hope they get it in quick. Yeah. Oh, by the way, this isn't Christian, by the way. TikTok is now building a counterfeit Christ. And Christians are coming in here. No, this is about money. And they're coming in and they're going, Amen, Amen, Amen, as they're selling their information, giving their information to TikTok people that are doing this. And they have an AI that looks like Jesus as far as the portraits that you see. And it's talking to you about this and this is about Christianity. This is open TikTok long enough and a stranger will hide with a halo. We'll start preaching on you. He looks like Jesus. He talks like a late-night infomercial. Then he tells you the doors about to open your breakthrough is coming and the devil does not want you to hear this. Then he gives the altar call that actually matters to the account owners as far as your personal information. Listen to me. Don't fall for this stuff. Don't be falling for this stuff. I went to another black church of

my buddy, Van the other day and the preacher was a good preacher, but he basically locked the door during the offering. I've been told this is a fleece. Physically locked doors. You can leave. That's like that. So I got up and left with my date and I walked the door. No, the door's locked. I said I need you unlocked the door. Oh, okay. Okay. So they unlocked the door for me. Which made with security standpoint though, because they had money moving around. Well, they had a guy walk in with his pants pulled down. I told you that I walked in front of the church made a big distraction. They locked the door. But then I found out from my other pastor D this guy locked the door all the time. Be a security standpoint though. From the offering. Just the offering? Because you can't leave. You got to pay some money out. Don't let them do that to you guys. I mean, I could come up with security. There's a thing. I mean, you got a security detail. If they if the lot of money is getting passed around, they don't want somebody coming in. Well, having the strong security guy stand on the outside of the church. Yeah, you know, with a rifle or with a shotgun or with a dog on AR, but a better, but get them a M4. They'll stop anybody with a suppressed Genesis 12 gauge. Yeah. So just be careful. Be careful. Be careful with some of these evangelists. They great speakers, but they have been trained on how to

do this. That's what I tell you. Don't support these TV preachers. Do this stuff. Don't do it. Now, say keep your hearts and minds in Christ. Get a good church like I'm going to enjoy that.
