080 Vinnie Favale is back and we can mostly hear him! The network exec that was NOT a pinhead!
About this episode
Vinnie Favale returns to The Letterman Podcast and we could not be more excited! The network exec that got to watch virtually every Late Show from the control room for 20 years, Vinnie has so many stories, and from a perspective that is unique to say the least. He and Mike talk about their friend Rick Scheckman and his influence on the show, including when he found the video footage of Harry Smith's colonoscopy--or at least the Late Show version of it. Mike also gets a chance to get a few of his questions for Vinnie off the list, and they discuss the state of Late Night television as it currently stands. Editor's note: we are aware of the audio issue on Vinnie's end, and the next time he comes on we will make sure its better...but the conversation was great, so we decided to release it none the less.
