Take a breath! Center yourself in THIS moment, not ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. Calm your nervous system with a few more deep breaths.

JUST THE FACTS

What's actually TRUE? "Do the facts support my anxious thoughts?" Am I doing a bunch of negative 'what if-ing?' Drop the assumptions & judgment.

SERENITY

A good one to remember: "the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can & the wisdom to know the difference." What CAN you control?

TRUST YOURSELF

In the end, trust in your ability to make your life work no matter what.
