064: "Yeah But...Don't Forget To Celebrate" - Inspired Action Minisode

This week I levelled up and it felt amazing...until it didn't!

As striving, over-achieving businesswomen, we are always chasing that next goal. We celebrate for a mere nanosecond before moving on to our next target. 

If we're not careful, we'll end up on a constant hamster wheel of achievement - always pushing for that next big win, but never celebrating it when we get there.

We want our juicy goals to stay just that, and not end up as dried up bits of chewing gum that we just can't enjoy.

So often we briefly celebrate our successes and then that familiar "yeah, but..." creeps in. Is it enough? Is it sustainable? Where do I go next?

Constantly trying to over prove to both others and ourselves is a real endemic problem, leading to us not celebrating our successes enough. But as we progress and strive we need to celebrate our achievements along the way. Sometimes we're just too eager for more when we need to appreciate the satisfaction of the now. 

Take a moment to celebrate yourself and let in the ease and flow that comes with acknowledging and enjoying your successes.
