What's blocking you from getting more clients?

I'm not talking about practicalities like email lists and content, as important as they are - I'm talking about energy.

Perhaps in the past, you've experienced a bit of a dip where people weren't reaching out or you weren't attracting your soul clients. 

I certainly have!

I came from a very competitive industry where, rather than serving my clients, I serviced them. 

A lot was demanded of me - presenteeism was non-negotiable. 

When a client email popped up, or I saw their number flash up on my phone, it caused huge feelings of anxiety within me. 

As I leaned into my own self-development, this felt misaligned, and as I moved over to coaching, at first I still felt some anxiety when my clients reached out to me. 

Joyfully, I let go of that reaction because it wasn't based in the truth

 - which is that working with my clients is THE BEST part of being my own boss and running my own business.

In the same way, as a coach serving international clients, time management and scheduling can be tricky. 

At first I was excited to jump on client calls at 10pm at night, but as time passed I started to feel resentful. 

This affected my energy, stopping me from attracting new clients. 

By being honest about my non-negotiables that had to be worked around, my energy bounced back.
