宮司になるには特定の大学で神道に関する知識を学び、実際に現場での経験を積む必要があります。
資格は大学の課程を修了することで取得可能だが、実際の業務は経験によって学んでいきます。
修行先で経験を積みながら、時間をかけて昇進していくが、それには個人差がある。宮司になってからも、地域や人との繋がりを大切にしながら実務をこなしていく。
私自身、父親から「地域と人を大切にすること」を学びました。
父の背中を見て、同じように人々との繋がりを大切にしています。
