9月9日は、「重陽(ちょうよう)の節句」です。
始まりは平安時代と言われており、日本の五節句の中で最後の節句になります。
重陽の節句は、菊の節句とも言われていますが、この日はお酒に菊を浮かべて召し上がっていただき、長寿や不老長寿を祈る風習があります。
私自身、菊を育てることが人生と似ていると感じています。秋祭りで育てた菊を披露する予定です。
