About this episode
Today, I’m joined by Brian Lillie, and we're discussing what it means to Listen, Learn, then Lead. Brian is a United States Air Force veteran and a globally recognized transformational leader with more than 20 years of C-Suite experience in the technology space. Brian wears many hats. He has been known as “Coach Lillie” for the past 18 years and is a former All-Star pitcher for the Giants’ Fantasy Camp leagues. Brian was pursuing a PhD in leadership from Pepperdine University before he was recruited to join Rackspace as their new president. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about how the military and sports have helped him to become a highly successful C-suite leader and what it means to Listen, Learn, then Lead.
