03: Coach Dan Meske from Louisville: A Conversation Inside D1 Volleyball

In this episode Darren sits down with distinguished volleyball coach, Dan Meske from Louisville. Dan shares his passion for the sport, discussing his progression from a coach at a smaller university to the big leagues of the D1 level. He also discusses balancing coaching with fatherhood, his involvement with the National Team Development Program (NTDP), and shares his perspective on the current state of volleyball in the US.

He enlightens us with how he works during games, communicates with his team off the court, and how his team strategizes to win the game. The conversation addresses engagement with the sport on a broader level, including the role social media now plays in recruiting, building fans and promoting volleyball.
