03 | Christine Meets Fungi (She's Got This)

Christine seemed to thrive in chaos, and showed up as a 'bad ass' who owned a boxing gym and took no shit. She would talk you up if you felt down, and have your back if someone hurt you. The perfect hype girl bestie and always in a good mood.
Until unhealed trauma and stress started to catch up to her. She not only struggled with anxiety and panic attacks, but her physical health started to decline as well. She was finding it harder and harder to 'show up' as herself for others. She closed the gym suddenly and struggled with losing her sense of 'identity' as a business owner at the expense of her mental and physical health.
And then...the stars aligned. She won a giveaway, and met with an old friend (it was Leah!) to pick up her gift. They discussed life, similar struggles, and then...mushrooms. Christine heard hope, and started to think this could be the lifeline she needed.
She jumped all in, head first. And here she is, several months later. Growing, healing, hyping herself up for the first time, and sharing her path to healing.
