Feels like it should be Wednesday. Yeah, and I know because Wednesday's garbage day and I didn't put cans out and I had a guitar lesson today and that's on Tuesday. So, okay, that's how busy it's been today, Greg. Oh, okay. And by the way, I have some fun news and I'm going to announce this now because why not? Because I just got back from a lesson and I want to let you know and you're going to hear this live, ladies and gentlemen, along with Greg. But we will have new intro music to the show beginning within the next several days as I'll be playing writing and playing the intro to the show, Greg. Oh, how about that? I don't know, I can't.
I don't think I can compete with Uncle Ted. But anyway, it's going to be fun. So that's something fun and that's something new for you. Always fun, fun, fun stuff going on behind the scenes, Greg. And you know, I guess we should give a plug out to our friend Andy Hoosier, the voice of reason too. Greg, I don't know if you know the news, but his day time show has now been syndicated on the talk media network. Oh, hey, good for him. So congratulations.
Andy Hoosier, the voice of plays on. I saw that post that I haven't had a chance to reach out to him yet. He was busy during the day as I was, but I'll be talking about that him and congratulating him on that. So it's great news for Andy Hoosier as he continues to grow. You have a ranch? Hold on a second. Yeah, the ranch. He's got a ranch too. You know, the fun of Andy, I wasn't expecting that when I apologize. That's normally from John Lott. But you know, it's good. Andy is probably, as far as I'm concerned, Greg, and I'm sure you'll probably agree with me. We've talked about it before, but he is no doubt as far as youngsters go. The single greatest up and coming talker on national radio. That's my estimation. That kid is that good. Yeah, I agree. He's really good at what he does. And he's definitely a voice that is up and coming, I believe. So we shall see how his trajectory continues to unfold because, hey, that's great news for him. That is huge news for him. And the fun part about that is guys, there's an old adage in radio. And we want to shout about Andy for just a second because he's done so much work on this program as well. But there's an old adage in radio. You never put anybody in your seat as a guest host that's better than you, right? Yeah,
yeah. You never do that. And I mean, I've talked to some radio greats, legends, ladies and gentlemen, who you all know, who have echoed that sentiment. It's very true out there in radio world. I have no fear putting Andy in at all because he's that good and we want what's best for the show. And he does a different whole different show outside of when he comes to do this. Yeah. So it's a completely different deal. And we love Andy Hoosier. We're so freaking proud of that kid for the growth that he has experienced over the last several years. If there's anybody out there that's earned it and deserves it, well, by golly, it's Andy Hoosier, the voice of Relaison, KQAM, which it's our big talker. You got a good one. God bless you. You got a good one. Let's go to the phone. No, well, hey, why don't I hope I'm not speaking out of school? Can we retract all that right now? No, that's too late to hit the delay on that. Too late to hit the delay. Okay, well, if he's not, he better hurry up and get around to it because I just mentioned it. So there you go. All right, let's go over to leave the gunwriter Williams, who is joining us on camera today for the first time. Lee, the gunwriter Williams. How you doing my brother from another
mother down there in Sarasota, Vlada? Oh, man, it's cold down here today. It's six, one down there, Greg. Seriously. Oh, my God. Okay. All right. Okay. All right. Are we really going to go there now, Lee? I know why you said like that. Don't be that. Don't be that toward a guy that talks to your relatives and calls him every day in December and says, Hey, it's Christmas Eve. And I'm at the pool. Don't be that guy. We know. We know. Lee, we have a lot to talk about with you. But as far as cold goes, it snowed here yesterday. Believe it or not. Oh, wow. And yeah, I don't, you know, it's warming up this week. But yeah, we went from 85 to snow. It was ridiculously weird. Can't keep the studio too cool or too hot anymore. The temperatures in here have been ridiculous because it's been so bad. But the equipment's good and we're rocking and rolling now. Lee, we have a lot to talk about. So let's start by covering a couple of your stories, your most recent stories out there. And one of them from Second Amendment Foundation and the committee relative to post office carry
is huge news. Yeah. If you're a member or a future member of SAF, you can carry your firearm within a post office within a federal post office, which is a pretty big deal. I remember running in and having to leave the gun in my car for 10 minutes. You know, I can't stand doing that. But right now, brother, if you're a SAF member or you're going to be in the future, you can carry inside a post office. Alan, of course, has flipped his leg. You should see some of the comments he made on our story. It was a long time coming. It may not seem like the biggest deal in the world. But hey, that helps out a lot of people millions of people millions of millions. What's the wealth for members of Second Amendment Foundation? Let me put it that way. And what's really important about this, guys, if you've ever been to a post office, if you carry a firearm, you already know these rules. These are federal rules. Yeah. And that we've been fighting this that we Second Amendment Foundation and the committee of which I'm a member of the board and a member of both organizations' life. So I can say we and hope you can say we too, listeners, we'll tell you how to
do that in a minute because this is a big deal. A big deal. And it's a cheap way for you to be able to do this now. Well, because we win yet again. But if you've ever been to a post office and leave you know this, technically speaking, it is illegal to carry anywhere on their property. That includes a parking lot. That means keeping a gun in that vehicle when you pull into a parking lot. So you're shipping Christmas presents or birthday presents ladies and gentlemen and you make a run to the post office because it ain't fitting in your mailbox because unlike me, you don't have a ranch with a giant mailbox. Nor do I. I'm just kidding. But you go to the post office. That gun is in your car. That is technically speaking a crime that I guess I shouldn't I shouldn't say technically speaking. It is a crime, right? It is. It's a federal violation too. It's nothing there's a handle locally. Yeah. So those of us who don't want to carry in the post office and left them in the cars were technically may have been violating the law. Yeah, there you go. Now ladies and gentlemen, if you're a Second Amendment Foundation member, not anymore,
not only can you leave it in the car if you choose to, you can carry it concealed into the post office. Now, Lee, this does beg the question. I promise you that the individuals in my local post offices, I have a PO box. I check every day for the businesses. But if I'm going to pick up mail, it comes from a different mailbox in a different city because of I live in the county. And there's a post office closer to me where I have my post office box for my businesses. But if I want to mail something out or get something that has to be picked up, I go to another to the next town over, okay, which is only 100 yards outside my neighborhood where that city limit starts. But I can promise you that the employees in that post office are completely unaware of this. How is this word getting out? And what do we need to know if in fact we're carrying and somebody says, Hey, I think that guy might be carrying a concealed gun because maybe your shirt rides up or it prints and somebody that's an employee sees it and clearly knows the federal red federal regulation because it's right there on every post office, ladies and gentlemen,
they warn you about the penalties and the federal charges of carrying a gun in a post office. How are we going to deal with that? That's a legit question. Well, if you're confronted by law enforcement in a post office, do whatever they say, okay, surrender your gun, do whatever they obviously they haven't been told yet. It's just a brand new ruling, but you are not going to end up serving any time or paying any money in a fine for carrying in a post office right now. Just don't get yourself in a bad situation. Do exactly what the officer tells you to do and then call your attorney. Yeah, well, see, that's what we want to avoid is that whole call your attorney because we don't want anybody getting in any trouble. My concern here is and again, it's it's a hundred percent valid is that the local people are not aware of it. Law enforcement is called unbeknownst to you, ladies and gentlemen, maybe you step back outside to the car, you've transacted your business and you're confronted by law enforcement outside, you are on federal property. And now you're being talked to by police officers,
they're unaware of everything. There's a very real possibility, Lee, that you might have to win this after the fact, but they could charge. That's what I'm concerned about here. Now we're getting ready to take a break and we come back. Let's tackle this again. So we let you know the easiest way for you to handle this, ladies and gentlemen, and it is easy. And I'll tell you how if you want to carry in a post office, I'll tell you how you can do it tomorrow. Hell today, depending on what time zone you're in, it's real easy to do. We'll explain it when we come back. We have three segments with Lee and a lot to cover with you. We're going to try to get it all in likely won't be able to. You know the routine. Buckle in, armed American radios, daily defenses underway. See on the flip side of the break. The following segment of armed American radio is proudly being brought to you by the National
Rifle Association. Help us defend freedom by visiting NRA dot org slash AAR and join today. Welcome back to the show. Yeah, that's pretty simple to do, ladies and gentlemen. NRA dot org slash AAR. Just like it says, you can also find them on my website at armedamericanradio.com or dot org armed American radio dot com or dot org will get you there. Please join us. One year is only 35 bucks. And if you're going to be at the NRA convention, look for me. There I'll have more information on that as we get closer to the NRA annual meetings coming up in Houston, Texas in April with the 16th through the 19th. We will be there. So stay tuned on more info from that. If you want to walk up and shake my paw and many of you do with the NRA convention, it's always a lot of fun. Look forward to seeing you there. We're either gun rider Williams. Welcome back in my brother. Let's bring you back up here so people can see you and it's good to see you on the radio. Lee. It is. It is. It's fun stuff. So Lee, let's go back to the post
office for a minute because I want people to be very, very clear on this. I want to make sure that someone who is in ear shot of us on radio stations around the country or watching us understands. I'm going to read part of this SAF win from the press release Lee and then we'll comment on it. And this was today, ladies and gentlemen, just this afternoon. This came out in a case that is far reaching implications. A district court judge in Texas held in favor of the Second Amendment Foundation and its partners confirming that all current and future members are covered by the injunction granted in the case, which prevents the enforcement of the post office carry ban at most ordinary locations. Let's revisit that in a few moments. In September, the Northern District of Texas ruled in favor of Second Amendment Foundation and declared the carry ban on post office property unconstitutional. Woohoo! Greg, you can play your cheer if you want to. In joining its enforcement against the plaintiffs, there it is, including SAF and its members in response to the ruling. The government filed a motion to limit the scope of the injunction to only
the named individual plaintiffs into members of SAF and its partner organizations who were members when the complaint was originally filed and who have been identified and verified. Now, this from Adam Kraut, the executive director under Alan Gottlieb. This is a huge win for current and future SAF members nationwide. There was never a constitutional justification to disarm people who simply need to go to the post office despite the government's attempt to continue to enforce this unconstitutional law against as many people as possible. The court today followed the law and confirmed that all current and future SAF members are covered by the injunction against the enforcement of this ban. If you're not already, this is a great time to become a Second Amendment Foundation member. Now, this lawsuit was originally filed lead back in June of 2024, challenging the ban on the carry in post offices and the firearms policy coalition and two private citizens were also plaintiffs in this case. Here's what Alan Gottlieb had to say. The truly
shocking thing here is that even after a United States District Judge declared this law unconstitutional, the government responded by saying, yeah, but we want to continue enforcing it against almost everyone. Yeah, right? We are heartened by today's ruling and that the court was not persuaded by the government's argument, applying the injunction to all current and future SAF members is consistent with well settled case law and being included in injunctions like these are one of the best reasons to become a Second Amendment Foundation member. So, ladies and gentlemen, if you want to carry in a post office, if you visit a post office box like I do, like lead does whatever you do, this covers you. It's that simple. Now, Lee, again, let's go back to good advice. When you carry concealed, that means concealed. Let me make that very, very clear. Lee, do we have any indication as does it matter? What about open carry states? Is this a supply there? I already know the answer, but I want to talk about it. I'm not going to make that call on behalf of the post office. I will,
I do have to point out the insanity of enforcing a law that they admitted is unconstitutional. They admitted that this law was unconstitutional. We won, yet they're going to enforce it for everybody who's not a SAF member. Now, as a SAF member, I'm thrilled, okay? But if you're not a SAF member, obviously you need to join, but legally, Mark, legally, I've never seen anything like this. This is a mess. Yeah, it is a mess, but it's being fixed. Yet again, Lee, by the Second Amendment Foundation, who is responsible, ladies and gentlemen, for over 85% of pro-gun litigation victories in this country? That is nothing to show the ticket. That shows you the post office was not concerned about the law itself. They were only concerned about letting a few people, the SAF members, a million folks, however many carry, rather than doing the right thing. That's the bottom
line. Post office is not doing the right thing. They admit the laws unconstitutional, yet they're still going to enforce it. I have an issue with that. And that's not one. Yeah, this, this, this should help put a nail in that coffin because they are in fact covered and it is a ruling and it is a nation wide. So that matters. But I do want to get clarification on open carry versus concealed. Here's my recommendation to you. If you're going to carry in a post office, carry the gun very well concealed. Ladies and gentlemen, at this point, this is not something you want to draw attention to yourself on right now, until we know more. And we'll, we, I can promise you, we'll have information on this. I'm going to talk with Mr. Gottlieb about this after the show today because I do want to get some clarification here. But make sure the gun is concealed and concealed means concealed. Ladies and gentlemen, you do not want to run in with someone who is unaware of this that puts you in hot water that you're going to have to pay to get out of and have all kinds of hassles and do a lot of explaining to people. You don't want that. So if you're
going to carry in the post office, just do like I do and carry the darn thing concealed, well concealed and you're good to go. It's that simple. And yeah, Lee, that also applies in Illinois, Cami for New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, and every other gun hating state out there, ladies and gentlemen, we win your rights back. One lawsuit at a time is the motto of the Second Amendment Foundation. And this is just proof positive of it. I feel good about this one, Lee. I do, too. It's a massive win because like you said, it takes effect in all the blue states, which is huge. That's because the post offices are federal jurisdiction, ladies and gentlemen. And they're in a thing goofball clown, new sum or waltz or gratch or any of them, any of them, Pritzker none. They can't do anything about it. So another slap in the face Lee to the Democrats and the gun grabbers with another rolled up copy of the Constitution that hopefully when they hit
some upside the head, they can feel it. I hope it leaves a lump and a bruise because that's apparently what they need to have the Constitution shove down their throats and whack them upside the head because they certainly don't pay any attention otherwise, do they? Absolutely true. Yeah, well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. So the easiest way, if you want to do this, as I said, it's real simple. Just visit Second Amendment foundations, S-A-F dot org period, S-A-F dot org. Join. It's just another place for you to carry and stick it to those who hate your rights. When we come back from the break, we've got some other stories to cover. Road Island Dems, Lee's got a couple other stories in here. We want to cover. We're going to try to get to every single one of them. We'll move as quick as we can. If not, well, guess what? The stories will still be out there and Lee will be back on the show. It's pretty much that simple. We call it in this biz ever green stuff. They're not going away. It's out there. We can always talk about it. So Lee, when we come back, we'll move over to a couple more year writings. Then I want to cover some road Island Dems.
There's been another move on constitutional carry in a state of West Virginia today, ladies and gentlemen, and a big victory for those adults under 21. Are the rest of the states paying attention to this? I certainly hope so. We are going in the right direction and we will win these cases, too. We'll be back with Lee right after the break. The following segment of Armed American Radios, daily defenses being brought to you by PetriotMobile. Visit PetriotMobile.com slash AAR and use the AAR promo code to get three activations today. Welcome back to the show. Yeah, welcome back to the show indeed. Mark Walters filling your prescription for freedom today and every day here in the CZ Studios Monday through Fridays. Greg is still having shaved. I'm fighting past the, I think I might be past the itch,
brother. I think so, but I'm at a point now where I can be laying on the couch watching TV, trying to chill out after a long day and not long, believe me. And I can almost feel it and hear it growing now. Oh, I don't know what that means. We'll see how much longer I got. Well, if you're past the itch, you should be able to just ride on out the rest of the year. Well, I think we're going to do that. I have 100% faith that you won't make it through summer though. Okay, thanks for that faith. First time beard growing in that heat of the southern summer. Oh, boy, I had for a treat. All right. I guess I'm going to have to buy some new trim tools and stuff. I don't have any of that stuff, man. Anyway, it's good. Guys, make sure to check out all of our great partners. You can find them all at armdemaricanradio.com, armdemaricanradio.com. And I got to tell you you get about Patriot 3 leaf. That stuff on my shoulder, Greg. It works like a champ, ladies and gentlemen. This stuff is very, very good. And I have some in my desk tour here. If you want,
you can visit them. And it just, it works for me. It might very well work for you. Give it a shot and try it out. It works. It's not that cover up stuff you buy in a grocery store that's just mentholated, you know, and gives you that menthol type thing that tries to mask your pain. The stuff gets into you and works. And it's explained how on the website, it's beyond my pay grade. I'm simply telling you to go over there and check it out at Patriot 3 leaf and pick some of it up. It works for me. No doubt. And BudsGunshop.com, BudsGunshop.com, Daniel Defense, Crossbreed Holsters, CZ. Rest up. They're all there for you at armdemaricanradio.com. And we'll talk more about that coming back. I want to point you to the point to the pot of gold, pot of gold auctions and what's coming up on Sunday show. Leave the gunwriter Williams. Let's bring you back in here. Good to have you here, Lee. Let's keep the conversation going. You've got a couple stories over there on armdemarican news right now. Of course, the one that went out today was the SAF when we were just talking about. But tell me why I ran proves the value of our second
amendment, Lee. And the reason I read that is your headline. But I was on 97.1 FM this morning, Mark Cox radio in the morning on that huge drive show in St. Louis. And we were talking about why this is so important. And I think people are misled. And then I have some things to say about this as well that I'll convey what I talked about with Mark. But tell us why this is why the value, why this shows the value. Well, Iran has no real constitution. They don't have anything close to our second amendment. People there cannot own a firearm. The personal firearms were seized by the government decades ago. So in the last couple of months, the Iranian police, their military, their military forces have murdered more than 36,000, 36,000 on armed citizens. No one will ever know that though, the real number until after the current regime gets out of there. Some of these victims were just simply protesting. Others were just murdered because they were out and about. The cops could get them. But my point is not a single member of the Iranian police,
nor their military, nor their paramilitary forces has been arrested or charged with these 36,000 murders. Brother, that is what happens when you have a people anywhere that don't have access to firearms that don't have a second amendment. And now you look at what's going on in these blue states. They're trying to get rid of ours in Rhode Island. I mentioned Virginia in here. Of course, the Virginia Democrats in charge now don't want that to happen to them. So they've got a raft of anti gun bill sitting on the governor's desk. She is yet to sign them. But one of them simply says the provisions of the section shall not apply to any member of this general assembly. They are excluding themselves from their hardcore anti-second amendment law. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Finish. Please. I mean, they're outlawing ARs, brother. Armalite rifles that you name it. They're doing it.
They want the country to be closer to the way things were in Iran. And I just can't take that. Yeah, there were two specific mentions in these 13 bills we talked about yesterday, but just to clarify since you brought it up. Of course, law enforcement and government officials, the ban on the guns that they put on you, that she is going to sign, ladies and gentlemen, does not apply to them. Does not apply to them. Hear me again. Pies to you does not apply to them. Now, one of them that was struck down yesterday leaves the guns in the car. They tried to exempt themselves from that. As long as well, the House and Senate delegate members can carry in their cars. As long as they're in a parking lot that has their name on it, they can do so. But that was so egregious and so hypocritical that it didn't make it out of committee when it went back to the House and was going back to the Senate. The House did approve that measure, that exemption, but the Senate did not. Me thinks that somebody somewhere said no
we should pull this out. It's already getting negative media attention. We don't want the governor in trouble. We wanted to sign these bills. Let's remove the exemption for ourselves. It might have been too much for even these gun hating zealot pigs to swallow Lee. I'd like to think that, but I'm probably wrong. I think you're probably right. Our second amendment has been around for 238 years in a couple of months, it'll be 239. But these anti-gun politicians, they've distilled here. Of course, these laws like the minute she signs them, the minute the governor of Virginia signs them, Saf is going to jump in. But they keep pushing Mark and that's tyranny. I can't stand it. They would rather endanger, and here's the bottom line, they would rather endanger their own constituents' lives. If that's what their political party tells them to do, then allow people to go around, be armed, and be safe. And it just makes me absolutely sick. Which is why SCOTUS has got to step in here and at least take this. They've got to take one
of the magazine bands and assault weapons, band cases. If they have to combine two together to make it happen, that's what they need to do. And something tells me they're going to, and let's remember that it was Kavanaugh. Indications are pointing to Kavanaugh as not being the fourth vote to accept the Maryland Fourth Circuit case. Which I still can't figure that one out when it was already adjudicated, and the fourth circuit had already ruled. And it was already GVR'd back to the lower courts. They granted cert, vacated it, and remanded it back. And they still chose not to take the case. And the indications are that was Kavanaugh. Let me make you feel a little better about Kavanaugh. Based on his opinion that he wrote, when it wasn't granted cert, he made clear they were going to take one. And he hinted that it was clearly a violation of our Second Amendment rights, particularly under Bruin, as he mentioned. Now, one of the things that's interesting, when he was on the DC Court, he ruled that bands on those firearms were unconstitutional. So we have a really good indication of what he's going to go. We get the case,
we win the case, Virginians can breathe a little bit easier, at least in that respect. Sadly, some of them are not going to, and they're all be challenged. Some of them will survive scrutiny and challenges, ladies and gentlemen. We don't know exactly which ones, but some of them will. It's a sad day to be in Virginia. But there is, again, the cavalry is coming. Just can't get here fast enough. And Lisa, people might be questioning, you know, well, I think the country was 250 years old. We had a bill of rights, no, the bill of rights was ratified in 1791, ladies and gentlemen. And guess what state it was that ratified the Second Amendment in 1791 that put it into the bill of rights? It was Virginia. So there's a lot of irony here. You know, that's not lost on me that much I can tell you. All right, I know we're going to be told we're getting ready to take another break. So let's move over to West Virginia here quickly. I want to get all of these in. West Virginia lawmakers have expanded permitless carry. So I guess
when I read the headline, my first thought was, well, how can you expand permitless carry? It's either permitless carry or it's not. Right. So how do you expand it? Well, what they did was West Virginia, West by God Virginia. Thank you, West Virginia, West by God Virginia lawmakers expanded it to include adults under 21 who previous, if they wanted to carry had to have a permit to carry not anymore. HB 406, HB 4106, me clarify, expands the state's permitless carry law to include adults under the age of 21 who previously have been able to bear arms, but only with a valid concealed carry license. So when we come back, we'll talk about that disconnect and how that disconnect even happened in the first place. But well, all shocks Democrats in West Virginia, you know, lost another one armed American radio's daily defense will be back one more segment to go on a dynamite show today with Lee the gun writer Williams, we can see him too. That's always fun. We'll be right back,
don't go away. We, this segment is brought to you by attorneys on retainer get the only self-defense program for gun owners backed by a real law firm, the attorneys for freedom. Okay, I'm going to drive this into you every single day coming back into the fourth segment of this show, and I'm going to do it on every monster cast. So we're going to do this for you six days a week. If you carry a gun, you must have an attorney in your hit pocket. You don't have to, if you want to go through life thinking, I'm going to carry it, but I never have to use it. If you're one of those that thinks, well, I'm not going to carry it to the grocery store because I live in a nice area. And I don't think you think that way. You know bad things can happen. No
matter where you are, even in your home behind Gates, ladies and gentlemen, see Hollywood happens all the time in Beverly Hills. Okay, Gates aren't going to stop a criminal. They walk around them where they drive through them, whatever they have to do. You don't have to have the attorney in your pocket. But if you don't and you have to use your gun, you're going to need an attorney. And he's just going to cost you an absolute fortune. Now, if you have the money and don't care, okay, save the 37 bucks a month. The vast majority of us do care. I don't have that kind of money to be spending 1,500 bucks an hour on what is going to take. Lord knows how long to handle, to keep me out of trouble. So I avoid it all by having this card in my wallet right now. It is 37 bucks a month. It is the greatest 37 bucks a month that I spend. I promise you that every month, don't mind paying it because I have an attorney. And if I have to use my gun, I've got an attorney turned it over to my attorney and let them handle it. It's that simple. Okay,

page. Okay, leave the gun writer Williams. Welcome back. West by God. Yeah, it's always fun. West by God, Virginia did it. Tell me now where we are in Florida because there's there's also Hasselon Florida and our A spearhead heading a lawsuit. Can't carry it 18. You can do everything else at 18. Enter into contracts, wreck your life, commit felonies, go to jail, get married, get divorced, move out, buy what you want, whatever you want to do, borrow money, not pay it back, get in trouble, get a job. You can do all these things at 18 years old, but you can't carry a gun, which is your constitutionally protected right. West Virginia is now moved in that direction. Why the disconnected? Why isn't that the law of the land? If that matter, why isn't even a question? It should be the law of the land. Obviously, I was in the army. I was carrying a machine gun when I was 18. Florida is crazy. We've got a Republican-controlled House Republican-controlled Senate here, and sometimes the Republicans from who I don't know, Miami area, go crazy. And that's what happened that we didn't change the law. And I feel sorry for our 18, 19 to 20 year olds here. Living in a
free state, they still have to go through and jump all these hoops, jump for all these hoops to carry, which I believe Mark should be an 18 year old decision. Yeah, just like being able to drink a freaking beer, okay? Yeah, 100%. This is a good time to point out if maybe if you're new to the show and haven't heard us talk about this before. But many of you remember, as I know the age demographics of the show, many of you are old enough to remember when you could drink a beer at 18 legally. Yeah. Well, I was 18 years old when that law passed and moving it to 21, but I was grandfathered in because I was already 18 years old. So I was good to rock and roll. Now by the time at grandfathered, I was already 21. But ladies and gentlemen, those who weren't can't and still can't to this day, this is man-made stuff. You could have a Congress decide that it's okay to drink a beer at 15. Right? You can do that in Europe, but not it's not etched anywhere. We're not talking
constitutional stuff. We're talking about what makes you an adult. If you're going to define an adult at 18, you ought to be able to drink a beer, you ought to be able to go get a glass of whiskey if you want to. And for that matter, the legal weed that should all be I'm telling you right now, ladies and gentlemen, you see the disconnect here, okay? Now the Hermione case is moving with the weed and guns and all that. We're going to see how the Supreme Court rules on that. I think that's going to be struck down by the way, making a lot of people happy based on the oral arguments that we just saw Lee. I'm pretty sure of that. I could be wrong. You never know. But if you're 18 years old, this should not even be an issue period as far as I'm concerned. Even as far as you're drinking it, everything else, if you're an adult, you're an adult, end of discussion. Correct? Absolutely 100%. I carried a machine gun when I was 18. Yeah. And then you came home and couldn't drink a beer. Well, maybe you were old enough to drink a beer. Yeah. And now some states have the caveat in there that if you were in the military, you can carry your gun. But other 18 year olds that go to school with you can't, it's a joke. Rhode Island quickly, the last couple
minutes, Dems are pushing for a firearm safety training certificate requirement for gun purchases, ladies and gentlemen. This is what they have. And their creativity, as Alan Gottlieb reminded us once on the show, knows no bounds. They're incredibly creative. So Democrat House members in Rhode Island are now pushing legislation to require all Rhode Islanders to obtain a firearm safety training certificate before even purchasing a constitutionally protected right to own keep and bear. How does something like that survive, Bruin, when I'm pretty sure that Paul Revere didn't need a permit? It can't imagine going into a gun store and trying to purchase a firearm and then turning you down because you don't have your permit. As you're coming out of the military at a young age, I can't understand it. I mean, yeah, this is just more of the state trying to
hinder our second amendment rights. This is like an enhanced void, which is a firearm's owner ID card, ladies and gentlemen, you have to get trained to get permission to buy a gun. Then you have to, that doesn't hurt. Okay, surpass the training that you have to get to carry, to carry your gun. Now Virginia got one gun a month coming at, you know, all this nonsense. I don't know if voids are on those of us that have to go back and look, but there are several states out there that have these firearm, firearm's owner ID cards. That's what we refer to as the Floyd. And not one one wants to jump Illinois has famously their Floyd card up there. And the all of these are being challenged or will be challenged. We will win these cases. But in the meantime, if you live in Rhode Island, well, the Dems are coming for you. Don't ever let it be said because we, how many criminals are going to get safety training certificates for the firearm they want to use in next week's liquor store robbery? Yeah, I'm sure most of I mean none of them, none
of them. Not a single one is going to go this and they're not going to buy the gun legally. They're going to steal it or buy it from a guy who stole it. Imagine the stupidity. Imagine the insanity and the stupidity, the gang members in their gang, Dan, having the following conversation. Well, I was going to go to the gun shop and buy me a new gun next Friday, but I can't because I didn't get a Floyd card. I don't have I didn't take a training certificate. Huh, I guess I'll have to wait until I get my training certificate before I carry a particular gun I want so I can rob that liquor store or the people inside. It's an absolute joke. Lee, quickly, where can people read your brother? I'm the American news at ORG, the gunwriter.substact.org.com or we hope you go to S-A-F that awards the S-A-F is in second Amendment foundation.
