028: How To Deal with a Bad Deal

How can we resist the impulse to enter negativity when we get a seemingly ‘bad’ deal in life? As humans, we are all faced with challenges and contrasts as part of our trajectory here on earth. How can we move through these experiences so they may help us to expand? In this episode, I open up about some of the personal challenges I have been going through recently and share insight on how to regain the clarity, support system and right action that is within and around us. By managing our internal reactions, and softening into an acceptance of what is, we enter a space of gratitude. And from there, it can become possible to turn the situation around so it truly serves us.
