Today, I’m joined by Shane Foss, and we are talking about How to Lead a Startup. Shane is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hooray Health. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he was a Surgical Technologist and began his love of medicine. He worked in senior leadership positions in the healthcare industry in device sales management, strategic planning, and P&L responsibilities before starting his own business targeting affordable healthcare. I’m excited to have him on the show to learn from his experiences in How to Lead a Startup.
