027: Partnering With Your Inner Critic For Greater Success: Coaching Helen

Do you struggle with your inner critic?

This is something we can all relate to, because after all, we each have our own inner critic within us, don't we? 

 

This is the topic I'm exploring today on Our Stories Within, and I'm joined by the brave and delightful Helen. 

 

Helen is a former teacher and current masters student studying to be a counselor. She's in the midst of a big life change and is struggling with the confidence she knows she'll need (and desperately wants!) as she ventures out on her own to start a new career and open her own private practice. So, join us as we discover what it is that's holding her back from embracing the powerful, confident woman she knows she can be.
