016 - James Lavish - Bitcoin for Millennials
About this episode
James Lavish is a reformed hedge-fund manager with over 25 years of institutional investing and risk management experience, having worked for investment banks and hedge funds. Currently, he is Managing Partner of the Bitcoin Opportunity Fund, a hybrid hedge fund that makes public and private investments in companies and assets in the Bitcoin ecosystem. He also teaches financial fundamentals and the benefits of Bitcoin through his newsletter called The Informationist, and as a co-founder of the educational platform Looking Glass Education. As someone without a background in Economics and Finance, James’ content has helped me a lot in learning about these topics, as they are pivotal to understanding the potential of Bitcoin. I was super excited to talk to him, and I hope you enjoy this episode!
