First, Kevin, could you tell us a little about yourself and how you came to be a Blockchain Operations Programme Manager for Coinbase?

1.     What attracted you first to a career in the Blockchain industry?

2.     Can you give us a sketch of the various actors that make up the ecosystem?

3.     Is there a role for specialist consultants and tech consultancies?

4.     Is the approach taken for programme management just the same as in other software centric sectors? [that is, working with diverse product owners, project management, software lifecycle, product portfolios?]

5.     Where do new product ideas come from? [internal 20% projects; inside/outside entrepreneurs]

6.     What new organisational forms do you envisage based on DAOs?

7.     Finance and Banking has evolved over a long time rather than being designed for purpose - ancient (if not ‘antiquated’) industrial structures. How can they co-exist with distributed finance, distributed ledgers? [example of custody-of-assets?]

8.     Where do you see this sector in the next 5+ years? [emerging trends in Crypto, DAOs and NFTs]
