1.What suggestions would you have for managing Conflict Resolution within a project team or organisation? 

2.How do you manage continual learning and personal development within an organization? Would it be mostly independent or as a team? 

3.How do you cultivate a culture of system or design thinking within a team or an organisation? (If there is a problem or a bug, not going straight to the bug but think about the overall system with interacting components) 

4.Have you ever been confronted with an ethical dilemma in a project and how did you approach it? (In the Soul of a New Machine: Military project or on a larger scale Google dropping out of the competition for JEDI cloud computing contract.) 

5.Back to the idea of conflict, do you ever disagree one design idea? Or to ask this another way How do you deal with design conflict? 

6.How to make a compliance between requirements and technical difficulties when the new products been designed? 

7.As the project is completed, finding the cause of the error becomes more and more difficult and teammates have persistent fatigue. How can we encourage the team at this point?
