About this episode
Today I’m joined by Jeremy Clevenger. Jeremy is the owner of Liberty Hill Barbell gym in Austin, TX. He is also a remote online strength and performance coach. In fact, he is my strength and performance coach. He competes as a strongman and is ranked 6th in the nation in his weight class and is making a run for the world’s strongest man in 2023. I wanted to get him on the show to talk about why physical health is so important to leadership.
