あまり神社で見かけることは少ないかと思いますが、袍（ほう）というのは、神社のお祭りの時にしか着ない衣装になります。
神主さんの身分によって色が変わります。
そして手に持っている細長い木の札、笏(しゃく)と言いますが、姿勢を正すという意味もありますし、自分の姿勢や心を表すという風にも言われています。
