Greg Smith grew up in a farm town before moving to the city looking for work. Learning did not come easy to him, but with a lot of hard work, he eventually became a software engineer. He learned a lot about different aspects of the business through his adult life. Later in his life, he decided to build a business out of the comfort of his home, and with the help of a few family members, grew the business into a Fortune 500 company. 

Greg, along with his wife Mary, have 6 amazing and intelligent children. In this episode, Greg shares some unique wisdom into how he has raised his children and the values they instilled in them in every age. Greg and his family are also involved in many local and international charities, including Compassion United.
