Wilford Woodruff

Wilford Woodruff was a former president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as the president of the church from 1889 to 1891 and was a key figure in the church's history. Woodruff was a prominent leader in the church and played a significant role in shaping its theology and policies. He is best known for issuing the Manifesto in 1890, which marked the beginning of the end of polygamy in the church. Woodruff was a husband and father of six children.
