Wayne Knight is an American actor. He is best known for his roles in the TV series Seinfeld, where he played George Costanza's friend and neighbor Kramer Binghamton; The Big Bang Theory as Dr. Alfred 'Fry' Krabappel; and the film Three Amigos with Chevy Chase.
