Ulric Jeffery Ulroan, a former mayor and community leader in Chevak, Alaska, faces over forty charges of sexual abuse, assault, indecent exposure, and providing alcohol to minors. He was also a certified foster parent, a girls’ basketball coach, and held local government roles. Ulroan was honored as 'Parents of the Year' and remains in custody with a $250,000 bail.
