Tzay Chieh

Tzay Chieh is an economist and researcher who has studied the economics of informal credit, including loan sharks. He has worked as a research associate at the World Bank and has published papers on topics related to financial inclusion and microfinance. Born in Taiwan, Tzay earned his Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
