Thomas Mayor

Thomas Mayor is a Torres Strait Islander man who has worked as a wharfie in Darwin and has become a prominent author and advocate for indigenous rights. He has written extensively on topics related to his community and has been a tireless advocate for the Uluru Statement from the Heart. Mayor is also a union delegate and has worked to improve the lives of his community through his activism. He is based in Darwin, Australia.
