Thom Tillis

Thom Tillis is an American politician serving as the senior United States Senator from North Carolina. He was born on October 3, 1960, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Tillis graduated from Wake Forest University and later earned a law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. He served in the North Carolina House of Representatives and the North Carolina Senate before being elected to the U.S. Senate in 2014. Tillis is a member of the Republican Party and has been a strong advocate for conservative policies. He is known for his work on issues related to healthcare, education, and national security.
